1. Great location - close to attractions & restaurants/cafes 2. Comfortable pillows & thick towels

1. I tried to check in at 14:30 hrs but the staff were changing shifts so I had to wait till 15:00 hrs 2. At 22:45 hrs I asked the reception staff to make a local call to a nearby restaurant because I left my backpack there. They told me the call cannot be made because the restaurant closed at 21:30 hrs and nobody would answer. I requested for them to try (maybe their staff are still there cleaning up) but to no avail. I ended up calling the restaurant with my mobile (international roaming), someone answered and returned my backpack.

Great staff, magnificent location, very good breakfast (though they could include an egg for free!) and great, clean, modern rooms! You can tell the hotel is good when you see football clubs staying at the hotel before matches! Thanks to all the staff, you're doing a great job!

Breakfast can include eggs. After a few days, seeing the same buffet options becomes repetitive.

This was an excellent hotel and extremely comfortable. It is very clean and has everything you need and it is very central. The area has many good cafes and restaurants, and we had two of the very best dinners of our whole Latin American holiday while in Buenos Aires. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Recommended

Location was good. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is adequate. Room is small but bathroom is big. Housekeeping did a good job in cleaning and we always had clean towels.

There is no kettle provided in the room.

It has a good price, beautiful and well maintained rooms and great breakfast, the service was friendly and the cleaning happened daily. The hotel is very well located and easily accessible, I didn't find anything dirty or broken in any area of ​​the hotel. TV worked well, the shower has great pressure and temperature. No cigarette smell.

The internet is very slow and unstable, the cafe area occasionally gets crowded in the morning and it's hard to find a free table, and the walls between the rooms are very thin so although there is almost no noise from the street, there is a lot coming from the the other rooms and if you have trouble sleeping it can stress you out. Overall, it's worth it if you don't bother dealing with these things.

Bedroom and bathroom are very comfy and have great space. Staff was helpfull and nive but felt like there was little people for a high demand sometimes.

One of the lifts was out of order so there was only one working, it made the waiting time high.

An excellent hotel with quality services at very good prices. It should be noted they have high standards of cleaning, you will not be disappointed from this perspective. I also recommend this hotel for business trips.
