The location between Alameda Terminal and Estacion Central is ideal. The airport bus dropped me 5 mins walking from the hotel. I also thought the rooms were very nice and the staff are exceedingly professional. Great stay at a reasonable price.

The check in time of 3pm is a little later than I'm used to but they were nice enough to hold my bags after my morning arrival, let me use the lobby WiFi, and even check in a little early. I was exhausted from my overnight flight and I can't thank the staff enough. The stay included breakfast but because I had another early flight, the gave me breakfast to go.

The hotel is brilliantly situated: on the Alameda, one of the main streets in the city, almost opposite the two main bus stations and the railway station. Also, buses to and from the airport stop only 10 metres from the hotel. The hotel is easy to find. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean, bedrooms are very large and spacious, staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast (which is included) is a wonderful buffet, with lots of fruit available.

The hotel is on an extremely busy road and bedrooms seem to be only single- glazed, so ask for a room at the back or on one of the higher floors to lessen the noise. If you use the air con at night, that also lessens the effect of the traffic noise.

The 2 young guys on the reception were exceptional. I had lost my phone in Peru and had issues with my Western Union account. (Incidentally, WU office next door) the office gave me a number to call within Chile and one of the guys even lent me his mobile to sort my issues out. Fantastic. Above and beyond. You were able to get English speaking channels on the TV. Breakfast was excellent. Great location for the central bus station and Metro (didn’t use metro) overall a great stay

Daytime absolutely fine. However, the area around the central station is not safe at night and the staff do remind you of this. We got taxis from the door and were dropped off at the door. As normal in any major city. Just keep your belongings close and be aware of your environment and you will be fine

staff were always really helpful and friendly at reception, housekeeping staff were great, we had a room on 11th floor and looked out to main road and it wasn't noisy and it gave a great view of city and mountains. front desk recommended a city walking tour which we did and i highly recommend it, as we were picked up walked around the central city and sights and history explained, and then dropped back to hotel. Hotel is very close to bus station and a small mall and about 30 minutes by taxi to the airport,

the restaurant was a let down we were not Spanish speaking so we weren't informed of daily special, menu was given but most stuff we chose was not available , eventually settled for hamburger but it wasn't cooked meat was slightly raw, so i didn't eat this meal.

The hotel was okay for this price. The breakfast was refilled quickly and the staff there was nice. In addition, there were strawberries, grapes and a nice cake.

While the location is central, I don't recommend going outside in the dark (during the day, you can take the metro without issue). Everything closes nearby during sunset for the same reason. The blanket cover is not attached to the duvet. While it's quite common in cheap hotels like this, it's really unhygienic and annoying. There were only two elevators and many timeswe had to wait several minutes.

Great location for catching buses at Estacion Central. Good shopping centre nearby. Well located. Between 0830-0930, the breakfast selection was good and topped up regularly. A good selection of staff. Our previous stay, our breakfast was at 0945, clearing & topping up of the food was unsatisfactory. This was also due to hardly any staff.

The shower spray head was way too high. There is no choice to slide the shower head down for us shorter people of the world. We also found the bed light switches were very far away from the bed, and you had to get out of bed to turn the lights off. This is missing the point of having a bed night light.

Upon arriving in Santiago airport late at night, my transportation driver already warned me that if I was getting down in Estacion Central, I have to move fast as it was late and there is a higher risk of pickpockets in the area. I stayed 6 nights but I felt pretty okay the entire time I was there, I just took the usual precautions. There was also a doorman in front upon entry that made me feel safe. Topnotch staff service. Breakfast is okay, room is spacious ad well-lit. Lots of kioks nearby and there's also a mall within walking distance. Near public transportation.

Safety of the neighborhood - but this is not within the control of the hotel. Wifi was also erratic on my floor/wing. I get disconnected from time to time. Hot water was sometimes warm, not that hot - but tolerable enough for a shower (I just prefer it hotter).

The location of the hotel is easy to access if you are traveling by car. The breakfast is delicious and varied The service is outstanding. The 24-hour reception in English is a plus. The accommodations and common spaces are clean and organized.

The parking lot does not accommodate the number of guests and the neighborhood is dangerous. During high season, you may have to pay for private parking outside the hotel (1 or 2 blocks away). Parking on the streets overnight is NOT recommended. The wifi is a bit unstable if you need it for online work meetings.

Nice , clean, spacious room and comfortable bed, the breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. We originally booked a twin bed options as that was available at the time but they asked if we wanted double bed and gave us a room with that without any extra charge. On the last night our toilet got blocked but without any issues they just moved us to another room so thank you for that. ☺️ The metro/tube is literally 2 minutes down the road so is convenient to get to the center in like 10-15 minutes

Unfortunately the hotel itself is located in a bad neighbourhood, numerous local people even hotel staff said is really dangerous to walk around after it gets dark so dont do that. But is not the fault of the hotel

I stayed in the hotel for three separate nights. As a 3-star hotel, its service is 5-star level. The front desk staff, especially William, went above and beyond to be helpful - from giving me a free upgrade to a suite, to calling the airline to double check my flight time so I didn’t miss the flight. The next morning, I was touched to find breakfast packages were prepared for all the early departing guests, including myself, without me even requesting it. All the staff I have met, front desk, security, restaurant, were so efficient and supportive in the typical Santiago way. I regret I did not get everyone’s name, otherwise I would thank them each. The rooms themselves were immaculate, with comfortable beds and new furnishings that exceeded my expectations. The location near the Santiago university metro, as well as a shopping mall, many small shops, and a major bus station. Thank all the hotel staff for making my time in Santiago so enjoyable - I will gladly recommend the hotel to any friends visiting Santiago!
