Good clean hotel, smaller than I expected but with convenient restaurant. The hard bed was huge and just what I prefer. Nice shower - I quite liked the sink in the bedroom - modern furnishings. Spa was included for one visit - this was fine as spa facilities are quite small, but sauna and steam room were perfect. A 10 minute walk to the World Trade Centre was ideal (in good weather).

All good, but the TV channels were few and signal for non-Spanish stations was intermittent. Not really a problem as dining out, after a 10 minute walk was more rewarding!

The room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the cruise port and sites to see.

The showers are very slipper, two of us fell and hurt ourselfs as there are no handels to hold on to or a bath mat. Sooo slippery and not safe.

A great location and the spa was a welcome treat at the end of each day after walking 20+ km.

The room was a very good size, with the bed being a Queen or larger. The location was close to the Park and about 5 minutes from La Rambla - very good as no noise. breakfast was very good with everything from English breakfast to Continental and you could and match to your own appetite. staff were very helpful even allowing access to our room (which was ready) at 10 in the morning, although we had only expected to leave luggage.

the room had 1 chair and a second would be good as it was definitely big enough for 2 chairs we ate in the restaurant in the evening and whilst the food was good, it was very limited. perhaps a bit more choice (especially when you consider the extensive and brilliant breakfast choices).

Good hotel in a good location. It is a couple of blocks from La Rambla, in an area I would describe as tired. Lots of dogs with owners that don't clean up after their pets. This is true for the whole of Barcelona, which unfortunately has degraded quite a bit since our last visit. But the hotel was very nice, friendly staff even if the breakfast attendant had to check with the front desk every morning if the number of persons was correct, obviously it didn't correlate with the info she had. But breakfast was excellent. The spa a bit small, but nice.

Bit noisy neighbourhood. Spa smells like dirty socks, unable to book desired time.

The staff were friendly and upgraded our room from a standard double to one with a terrace at no extra cost. The upgraded room also included a 50-minute spa pass. The room was comfortable, well air-conditioned, and most importantly, spotlessly clean.

The overall finish of the décor was a little rough around the edges – it could do with a fresh coat of paint, a carpet clean in the hallway, and a bit of tidying up with caulk. I also found the restaurant and spa prices quite steep. Access to the spa facilities was €16 for one hour. Breakfast, which was a standard buffet with cereals, meats, pastries and so on, was €22 per person, with evening meals priced similarly at around €20 per course per person. Honestly, in this regard, the local options were better value for money.

The breakfast is very good. We really enjoyed it. The room is quite nice. The wifi qulitiy should be improved within the room. The location is very nice if you want to enjoy the beach side of Barcelona. There are some nice restaurant closeby. Lidl is also at the cornor so that it's quite convenient.

Joyful staff. Close proximity to city and transport. Really really good breakfast. Good beds and lighting - room in general. The big mirrors. 24/7 open.

Missing table space and place to put things. Weird with no sink in the bathroom and no lock on the door. The view was not fantastic.

It’s a great location, close to the center but in the same time in a quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly personnel and we got our rooms cleaned daily. Nice that there are Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom.
