Good location just away from city centre. Tram stops on doorstep for access to centre etc. numerous cafes/restaurants nearby. Excellent large shopping centre only one minute away. Parking available at a cost but I found free street parking nearby so didn’t actually need it. Friendly/helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed. One of the best hotel hairdryers I’ve ever used! 👍 Planned another overnight here for my return journey too. Excellent value for money!

Minor complaints. Satnav directions not good and hotel difficult to find at first. Also, although there were bacon, sausages and potatoes as the hot choices provided at breakfast, I would’ve enjoyed a vegetable or two such as mushrooms or tomatoes. (I know, this is Spain 😂 🤷‍♀️) Anyway, it won’t prevent me visiting again.

Where do we start. Location. Across the river from the old town. We drove straight in from Teruel. Parking garage was well lit, a lift to the reception and the room. The welcome from the lady on check out was exceptional. On the subject of welcome: Sweeties Bottles of water A personally handwritten welcome note in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Sweeties and water on checkout. All small things but I've never known service in a city hotel like it. Would highly recommend.

Easy to find when driving from motorway. Underground secure car park. Fridge, air-con, tram stops to centre a 5 minute walk away. Tram takes 5 minutes, 3 stops to centre. A large Shopping centre 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was good variety of food. Not many restaurants in hotel vicinity but a fast food hall in the shopping centre.

Underground carpark exit to hotel, English signs would be helpful with instructions on how to exit by walking as intercom reply is in Spanish. Can enter carpark from hotel via a lift but couldn’t find how to enter hotel from carpark other than walking out of the car exit.

It was very easy to get to off the motorway and we didn't have to drive through the centre. We paid for parking which was easy to use. Just drive onto the ramp, press the bell and the gate for the hotel parking will open. There is a lift up to the hotel from the parking. Staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet and a 20 to 30 minute walk to the centre. There is a tram stop outside which is easy to use and economical. We would definitely stay here again.

A kettle in our room would have been a plus. I found my bed too soft but I did sleep.

The hotel was nice and clean, and we liked our room. The beds were comfortable and the TV worked very well. The bathroom was very nice, with a cool sink and very hot water with good pressure. The hotel has lifts so it was easy to go up and down. We paid for the secure parking in their garage which was good. The breakfast was varied, with lots of options - we liked it. Even though the hotel is outside of the centre on the other side of the river, you can hop on the tram just outside and get to the centre very easily. The trams are very frequent and inexpensive.

Even though the aircon worked well, it was a bit noisy so we would not have been able to sleep with it on. Apart from that, everything was good.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to tram and bus station. The city centre can also be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

The hotel is a bit noisy, that's why I couldn't evaluate it with the maximum 10 points. The walls are quite thin so we could hear all the noise coming from the hallway. One of the rooms was next to the elevator which proved to be very noisy up until 1 o'clock in the morning.

This is the second year we've stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop en route from Santander to Barcelona. We've been more than happy with the hotel on both occasions. We'd booked the hotel's secure parking which is in a private car park, under the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Also, the hotel is only a few yards from the nearest tram stop, so you can easily ride into the old town of Zaragoza for dinner and a sightseeing stroll, which was great!

Soundproofing could be better - we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The room felt a bit too small. We barely had space to open a large suitcase. Also, the parking area design could be improved - if someone accidentally slams the access door shut, you can get locked in and have to walk up to the next floor to exit, which isn’t ideal.

Underground parking with lift access to rooms. Good location about 20 minute easy walk to the ‘Old Town’. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Clean and modern hotel.

Shower head over bath is antiquated. No rubber mat to stand on when showering which made it unsafe. My wife actually slipped whilst showering! I’m sure some simple improvements could remedy this

The location is in a quite area, with the city center and the Expo area reachable by foot. The price for the package with parking and breakfast was very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Also it was very quite at night, we had a very good sleep.

It is noticeable that the rooms are a bit dated by the smell, but it’s really minor
