It was close to west ed which was the reason for our visit, the suite was excellent and well suited to our needs, staff was friendly and the continental breakfast/lobby coffee and lobby slush puppies were a hit!

The tvs were super finicky, we couldn’t get the regular cable to work most of the time (we were there 4 days, and I think it worked one day when we asked the front desk staff to fix it). It allowed logins from streaming services but then didn’t log people out after - there should be a reset once people check out in case they forgot and the other guests can’t just use their login. Pool was fun and there were lots of floaties and toys but the shallow end was very small.

I can't rave about this place enough! We travelled here with our 3 young kids and stayed in one of the family suites, it was basically a 2 bedroom apartment. The kids loved the tvs in every room, and the Mario wall painting was a bonus! The whole place was so family friendly, floaties and pool toys available at the pool, mini putt in the hallway, halloween decorations in the lobby, hopscotch on the floor into the continental breakfast. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one is by far the most family friendly I've ever been in! I stayed at the beginning of our road trip, and after staying here I booked it again for our way back. The location was great being so close to the mall, although the road to come in is a little tricky to navigate as it's poorly marked, but it only took circling the block once to get there haha! We will be back next time we are in Edmonton, great experience!

Excellent staff, answered most of our questions, was polite, and available ready to help when we needed or politely asked to wait but attended us in a reasonable time. I got the right room I booked, the condition was as expected from the picture of the hotel; clean, spacious, and has features that felt like home ex. Netflix and prime video, and bathroom toiletries. Hotel has mini golf, pool, and 24 hour gym that we appreciated during our stay, and the complimentary breakfast is beyond what we expected, has 2 types of protein that I appreciate as I do not eat carbs. 😊 Complimentary coffee, water, and tea made our stay even more comfortable.

There was just water running noise behind the bathroom in the family suite. Which we only hear when we are in the bathroom, nothing serious, can't hear from the rooms so didn't disturb our sleep.

Dawn‘s warm check-in made me feel so welcome and I immediately liked it there. Thank you Dawn! The location is amazing!! So close to the Mall and actually quite quiet! :) The room was super clean and beautiful. Also the breakfast was great! Overall a great stay and this is where we will stay everytime we come Edmonton :)

Unfortunately the TV in our room didn‘t work and the bathroom door was so loud that it was impossible to stay asleep when someone had to go to the bathroom.

Room was modern and very clean. Complimentary breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good. We had dinner the night before at the same restaurant and it was excellent. Staff at front desk and in restaurant were very friendly. Pool area seemed nice.

Slurpee machine was a really nice touch but kids left to their own devices (not the hotel's fault) allowed for a lot of spillage and made for some sticky floors in that area

Upon arrival, the 2 front desk ladies were busy on cellphone, no greeting at all.! We said hi and the lady went inside without even saying anything, came back 3-4 minutes later for check in. We went up to our room on 4th floor only to find out either of keys aren’t working. (Three times) desk attendants did not even try to apologize let alone speak to us for the first 6-7 minutes. Facilities and cleanliness were amazing but this experience wasn’t what we expected after 7 hours drive.

I love that everything is brand new! A\C is great! I love the ceiling fan and that we can open the windows. Really appreciated the microwave and full fridge with freezer, stove top was a plus! Makes for a relaxing, worry free stay! The location is great, close proximity to several businesses. The mall is just down the road! There’s so much convenience. Secure property 😊

I can’t say anything bad, absolutely loved it.

Breakfast was ok, not as good as "normal" European hotel breakfast, but ok. Big room, clean and with good beds. Big fridge Super nice gym Location very good, if you are just passing by Edmonton or wish to visit the Edmonton West Mall. Nice and free parking area

Kitchen facilities in the room, but could not be used, as there were no pots and pans etc. Not the best breakfast - very limited selection

The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the microwave . Nice shower too. Could have used a rubber mat, though.

Well the shouting that went on with a few of the local “residents” was not good. The breakfast was adequate but the scrambled eggs were almost granular in their consistency. Not too appealing. The music was a little loud this morning for breakfast.

Super clean. Great room, very comfy. EV charging was a huge plus.

Hotel had had a flood and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not available. This was one reason I booked this hotel over the others in the area. It would have been nice to get a discount or have been told in advance. The restaurant wasn't available at all. Hot tub wasn't working and this was something I was looking forward to after a long day. Pool was on the cool side.
