Did not have breakfast as it was not included. Room was great. Quiet and plenty of plugs for electronics. Coffee machine, tea kettle, fridge and microwave My granddaughter said the shower was great There was a side door close to our room. We ate supper in the bar, loud but food was good Loads of parking space even with an event going on in hotel.

Room was warm even with thermostat turned way down. Sliding door on bathroom is a definite dislike. I like my privacy and you could hear everything in there. Not sure if bathroom had a fan or not.

It was a nice hotel at a descent price. The breakfast was very good. One day they had bus loads and busloads of high school kids. They completely met that challenge and everything flowed smoothly. They got them in and breakfast went as it normally did. It had a restaurant, bar and descent on premise facilities.

There wasn’t really a lot else nearby here, as far as in walking distance. You had to drive 5-10 minutes to find things like food, shopping or laundry.

Calgary’s hidden gem! Clean, friendly, close to a lot of things. The beds were comfy. Great pillows. The lounge was great for dinner. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly. Fast elevators! Would stay here again!!

A lot of the elevators were down for servicing. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was weak but all of their water pressure was fine.

The room was spacious and comfortable. All amenities were as can be expected in a business hotel.

The breakfast was very basic (food quality was poor and the selection was limited and ran out quite quickly and refilling was by comparison slow). They pushed a bill at you to add a tip even though the breakfast was expensive and included in the room cost. This seemed unnecessary and rude. I'm sure a better solution could be found were it doesn't seem like an invasive grab for cash.

Big comfy bed, friendly staff. The included hot breakfast was very handy. Close to all the big box stores if you care about that. Lots of parking spaces.

There was an essential oils conference happening the same time I was there, and the smells were a bit overwhelming and headache inducing. Not really the Hotels fault, but maybe a heads-up would have been appreciated.

We just loved this hotel so much. The staff was excellent. We had a small dog with us and they made us a beautiful table out on the patio complete with a fire for dinner. Our dog was allowed out there in his carrier. The rooms are spacious and everything feels high quality. The bedding was very good- we had a great sleep. Very nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt. Nice machine for lattes. We'll be back!

Hotel has regional flavor in the decor, very modern, and an attractive lounge area.

Location is far from downtown; requires car or taxi. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity. I believe there is a mall not far. Breakfast was just adequate, buffet with tasteless scrambled eggs, no menu.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge with clean sheets and was really comfortable also. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. There were robes and slippers available to use during our stay and fresh makeup wipes in the bathroom each day which were really nice touches.

Please refer to the above. Modern facility, helpful friendly staff, nice food and conservatory bar area. Cost, relative to hotels in the CBD, was good.

Location - hotel would have been better located close to the light rail ( tram) line.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and courteous. Pricing was very fair. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel has an outdoor pool that people enjoyed. I will definitely stay here again when traveling through Calgary.

The only "complaint" was the cot that we added to our room was not very comfortable. It was clean but the mattress was thin and sagged in the middle.
