The location.

In room 313 several of the lamps and light switches did not work. In room 411 the water from the shower wet the bathroom floor no matter how we angled the shower head. The shower needs a door to keep in the water. The selection and quality of foods for breakfast was more limited than at comparable hotels. I would have liked more choice of toppings for oatmeal, non-pork sausage, cut fruit, and potato choices.

My recent stay at the Quality Inn Centre-Ville was nothing short of excellent. For those seeking a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city, this hotel delivers exceptional value for money. One of the standout features was undoubtedly the location. Situated in a safe and central area, it provided easy access to all the major attractions. The proximity to Saint Denis Street, with its vibrant atmosphere and diverse selection of restaurants, was a major plus. Being able to simply walk to such a lively area added significantly to the enjoyment of my trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. My room was spotless, and the overall maintenance of the property was impressive. The breakfast offered was a great way to start the day, providing a good variety of options to suit different tastes. In summary, the Quality Inn Centre-Ville offers a winning combination of affordability, location, cleanliness, and a decent breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

The price was more then quoted. She changed the price higher when we arrived. One receipt I got had a lower price and she canceled it and charged it to a higher price. The other two rooms were more also. I questioned it but she mumbled something about the exchange but it was already using U.S. dollars. It was quiet.

The parking was near but leaving the garage was not. There were no signs in French or English on how pedestrians are to leave the building. We lucked upon a man going into garage and he helped us get in to retreave car. No signs either for the pick up. The breakfast did not reflect a French breakfast.

Rooms were comfortable, had a room with 2 beds. Had a tv, room safe and mini fridge. Walk in shower, both were clean. No bed bugs/ other pest. Had working Ac. Blackout curtains to keep room dark Included breakfast was good/filling (Hashbrowns, sausage, pancakes, omelettes, cereal, muffins, toast) will do in a pinch if your trying to save money on a meal so you can use it towards your vacation. Parking garage was around the corner, which is great because parking is a big concern. Place is close to everything so was able to walk to majority of places. We actually wanted to stay an extra day.

Walk in shower didn't have a door, so we put towel on the floor, if you hold the shower head won't be a problem. Couldn't figure out how to raise blackout curtain(might have been user error). These small things in no way effected our comfort during our stay.

For a solo traveler, the room was quite spacious, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but it was enough. The location was amazing as it was very close to a subway station and the bus terminal, and I loved walking to the Old Port and Old Montreal. There was a water filter and coffee machine at the reception which helped a lot.

The breakfast could have a bit more variety. This is out of the hotel's control but the location is close to a place where there are homeless people living so it can make you feel a bit uncomfortable.

Very convenient location in Latin quarter. Metro station 5 min walk. plus lots of restaurants and bars 2 streets away on Saint Denis street. Not far from old town on metro Metro. Good free coffee options in reception. Breakfast plentiful to set you up for the day. There is parking for $18 cad in a secure parking 50m away. No signs for walking exit after parking. But personnel door right near entry barrier. Use parking ticket at door scanner to get back in. ( not hotel related, but helpful info)

Rooms a little small with no drawers for clothes.

We left scared from the previous reservation Le 402. Le 402 was totally dishonest. What we hired via the internet through photos was completely different from the reality we found. We didn't stay there one night. At 11 pm we arrived sad and very tired at the new Quality Inn Centre-Ville reservation. They welcomed us. We were given the best room. We can have comfort and security. We stayed from 13.07 to 17.07. We want to highlight the receptionist at the Quality Inn Centre-Ville named Larissa. He helped us with everything.

It was very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. Helpful at all times. The coffee in the lounge was always available to guests. And the coffee was really good. No coffee or tea making facility in the rooms but this was not an issue here.

The breakfast room abd breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice. But the main issue was the lack of proper crockery or cutlery. Everything paper or wood. Not at all nice. It felt as if I was at a children’s party.

I liked everything about the small room. Comfortable. Noise-free. And the small lobby was welcoming. The receptionist was helpful, indicating the hotel would prepare a breakfast box since I had to check out very early.

Considering this was an off-season booking, they still charged me $229 for a single-night stay! Plus, adding all those Quebec taxes, I had a final tally of $273! So yeah, almost $300 for a small room in a small hotel on the murky East Side of Montréal. I am NOT pleased. Not at all!

Breakfast was great. Air conditioning worked well and wasn’t too noisy. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Room was clean (minus some cobwebs but they were in the top corner of a VERY HIGH CEILING?) and had a standard big TV across from the bed.

Coffee machine didn’t work very well. There was some water damage in one of the corners of the room that was very obvious, which I hope has been addressed.
