The staff were terrific. When we checked in the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Our A/C wasn’t kicking on but a friendly female maintenance person simply clicked the breaker and it worked. Mary at the restaurant is worth the booking alone. She is a gem!

Lighting in bathroom was flickering. Rooms not cleaned well, dust on the picture frames in bathroom and gross between the shower stall. AC wasn’t way too loud and bed was squeaky (when getting in and out). Printed channel guide didn’t match cable options. Room 483.

Pleasant staff and a comfortable room. Not too much more you could ask for...... except a warm cookie on the way in. What a nice way to start your stay. I would definitely stay here again

Check out is at noon which is great except for the cleaning staff knocking twice and then coming in my room at 10:00 a.m. which normally wouldn't bother me but we were at a birthday party the night before that went till 5:00 a.m. and I was trying to get as much sleep as possible before hitting the road.

Great location. The restaurant had good choices. the room was quite and comfortable.

The deodorizer used in the room was powerful and made me sneeze multiple times. It was hard for me to breathe this in and no window could be opened to eliminate the smell. I had to turn off the fan to reduce the irritation I felt to get a good sleep. I told the front desk about it at check out.

The location was excellent for us. Close to everything we needed or wanted. Close to St. Mary’s Hospital for my husband’s early appointment there. Loved the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly, and helpful!

Clean rooms, nice lobby and restaurant space, many dining options within walking distance, coffee available for early mornings, elevator readily available

Pool was closed, had to request bathroom supplies to be restocked,

excellent staff, very helpful, efficeint and polite. Busy evening (wedding going on) but staff rose above all chaos!

coffee machine in lobby produces funny-smelling and tasting coffee. might need a cleaning?

Location was great as we were visiting family who are located all around the Kitchener/Waterloo area. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a noisy neighbor towards the end of our stay and the staff quickly moved us to another room away from the partiers.

Rooms with adjoining doors seem to lack adequate sound proofing. If you don't need an adjoining room I recommend ensuring you don't get assigned one as you will likely hear every conversation that happens next door.

Traveling with children, it would have been preferred for a free continental breakfast. Other than that, great stay and I would book again

There was a couple with a dog that hung out in the pool area a long time, they were over friendly so scared the kids a bit.

The staff were amazing. The room comfy and clean. The pool area was big and the patio area really nice. The whole hotel was neat and clean, and felt safe.

The pool was a little cold and the towels at the pool were in low supply.

The lounge was nice, the bed was nice, the shower Was good, the room was a good size

I did not like that there was no fan in the bathroom. There was a fan it seemed, but I had no way to turn it on, it did not come on with the lights. Also, my sink drain was plugged and drained very slow. The towel rack was bent and the peep hole in the door was broken. So there was some simple wear and tear that could of been repaired
