Breakfast is awesome especially the Nasi Lemak. Room service was a bit late. There are banks, shops and malls in the vicinity. Window view was perfect.

The room is a bit narrow and limited. The laundry machine was always busy and people do not wait in order. We have been living in the hotel for 4 days but not a single time we were lucky enough to use that machine. Bath water was not warm enough.

I like the area which is not so busy and noisy. Check in process was very fast and hotel staff is very friendly. The room is just nice and very minimalist but sufficient. Basic toilet amenities is enough for daily use. Buffet breakfast is great, they change the menu everyday but still delicious. And they do have self service coffee machine, a bonus for coffee lovers. Overall, great experience staying here

The location is a bit far from city centre and tourist attractions. In the evening, tremendous traffic jam at the main road after office hour. There is only one washing machine and dryer inside the gym, but lack of info to hotel guest. Not many halal restaurant nearby except KFC, Domino's Pizza and Pizza Hut

I loved the atmosphere of this hotel, and I asked for a room with a mountain view. The staff were super friendly, and the restaurant & bar was lovely. The food & drinks were great and much cheaper than in town in KK. The bed was super comfortable, nice room, size good enough. I totally needed a break away from the city. This hotel was just what I needed before heading back home.

Very little shops, and not a lot to do in the area. However, for a one night stop over, it was relaxing. Perfect!

The BED! Its was soooooo comfortable.. The cleanliness.. The quietness.. The VIEW was amazing. Manage to capture one of the most beautiful sunset we've seen. Lunch was affordable. The hotel smells clean and fresh. Lovely local staff working. Overall was very good.. *Kudos- Receptionist & Housekeeping staffs. **Food - The GINGER TEA is to die for!!! Delicious!

Attentiveness. - Lunch waiters was too occupied gibber-jabbering among themselves. Waited longer then I should just to order and to PAY. 👎 Food - Food that I ordered for lunch was burned. But not wanting to be a 'Karen',just deal with it. Breakfast was lacking of choices and very blant.

Been here a few times already. There have been improvements over the years. Eg.the iron used to be in the corridor, now it is the room. Keep it up.

It's not what I don't like. More a sugeestion for improvement. Your water bottles in the room. Too big to stand up right in the fridge. To place it horizontally can mean spilt water. Perhaps there can be a better solution to this.

I like that the hotel is a bit out of the town's busy area because I came to KK for leisure and relaxation.

I've been staying at this hotel for five days and have a couple of comments. First, I dislike the bathroom because the water pools and doesn't drain properly. Second, the breakfast could be more varied; having nasi lemak every day gets boring. Including options like nasi goreng or nasi kuning would be great.

The breakfast was nice and delicious. I am very much interested with the stay and it was superb. The staff was friendly and always tried to fulfil my need regardless of the time I requested.

It is difficult to get Grab or taxi at the place. It would be nicer if the hotel could provide paid services for the transport.

Near shops and very convenient to eat out. The hotel also offers free laundry (have to do yourself) at gym room but we have lots of laundry so we went outside just opposite the hotel to self service coin laundry

The room we checked in was 8-14 and there were puddles in the bathroom maybe because the floor wasn’t even. That’s the only thing I’ll complain. Other than that, ok.

Room was ready by the time I arrived and direct check-in. Surprisingly enough, I love the layout and interior design. Even IRD in not 24hours but there is plenty of restaurants nearby open till late midnight.

The only negative thing that I found is that the bath towel quite smelly, stained and bedsheets has obvious black stain (which I believe unremovable even being wash)

The room is big and comfortable. What i like the most was the bed. As someone who sleep with bolster, i love the hotel has it.

Probably of the traffic jam during weekday evening. It’s quite hard to go back and forth if you do a lot shopping as it’s not near to the city. But if you don’t shop a lot, it’s a good place.
