Overall a good experience. Despite their system's problem and our booking disappearing the staff remained professional and promptly fixed the problem. Our room was clean, comfortable and very functional. As a family with young children we loved having a separate bedroom within the family room (even tho bedding for the sofa was not provided and I'd expect from a 4* hotel to deliver it without us having to ask, since info was in fact in our booking). Breakfast was good and varied! But location must be an absolute win - a couple minute walk away from the S-Bahn Station where the train takes you to all of Munich's main sites in just 20 minutes.

I feel that staff is not entirely open about how street parking works - when we arrived the hotel's parking front parking was full (that's 8€ per night) and we didn't want to pay 16€ for their underground parking so we asked about the street parking. Staff member informed us that they're indeed "public" parking spaces. In the morning we found a parking ticket for not paying the fee. And I just think that staff could've mentioned that we'll have to pay for street parking too (which would be totally fine, we just genuinely didn't know visiting the area for the first time).

I was there for 11 days. The place is located in a quiet place. Right next to the train, shops and bus stations. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is very good and nice. There is a varied meal at breakfast and you can ask the waiter for more special dishes. The rooms are large and there is parking for 16 euros. Especially convenient for families.

The idea of preserving the environment is really nice. I would like to pay attention to filling tea and coffee.

A Peaceful and Immaculate Stay with Exceptional Staff I recently stayed at NH München Unterhaching hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained, providing a serene and peaceful environment that made my stay very relaxing. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and welcoming place to stay.

Large comfortable room, with kitchenette and fridge, and a sofa for relaxing after work. Good breakfast. Near sban station.

The cleanup wasn’t good. They just changed the bed sheets, but didn’t clean the rest. Used water glasses left in the kitchenette were not replaced, trash that I had was not taken, towels, just some were replaced. For the level of hotel, I was expecting more for the maintenance of the room.

I was on vacation with my family so we booked two rooms same as posted, very clean and confortable with ample space and nice arrangement that allows to even receive visits or friends in kind a living room area keeping private the bedroom area. The staff was exceptional during check in and check out, waiters during the breakfast with a high service vocation. Location is very convenient with nearby access to public transportation ( 4-5min walk) and located to nearby supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and even we could enjoyed the Unterhaching bürger fest that was taken place at the Ortspark and taste a little bit of german culture and traditions.

Difficult to tell.

The hotel was very comfortable, the rooms were big and cosy, with everyone someone might need for their stay. The location of the hotel was also great. it was close to the metro, a supermarket , a pharmacy, and restaurants. Additionally we appreciated the fact that they were super dog friendly and that they had sustainable practices.

The rooms were ideal, spacious and comfortable. A B&B hotel with a very good breakfast. 5min walk from station with its train every 20 mins into the City Centre

A problem with room service:- Cards to place on door to request room cleaning but ignored. At 17-15 cleaner burst into room as my wife was getting out of bath. Did not even speak. No card had been placed. Observing the washing up of glasses etc was a joke. Little more than a rinse under a cold tap!

I stayed there for 6 nights. It was really great. The rooms were really spacious. It has partition to separate bedroom and the rest of the area. The breakfast was good with a lot of selection. The staff both at reception and breakfast area were really nice and helpful. It was also only 1 minute walked from the train station. It wasnt far from the Central area but not busy. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood. There were also many supermaket around within the distance of the hotel.

The air dryer. It was missing the head quite difficult to use.

Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. the aircon was on at arrival. there were restaurants in walking distance and a public pool which we used for an afternoon. The hotel actually wants to do something for the environment so if you refrane from having your room cleaned they thank you with a free drink.

We were traveling with three. The price for the breakfast was a bit much

The rooms and surroundings were clean, and the staff were nice, friendly, and professional.

The door locks did not work from inside the rooms. The cleaners opened the doors several times when we needed privacy. The entrance is not secured, so anyone can walk in without checking.
