Room was comfortable and clean.

The staff tried to give us a double room instead of the suite we had booked, not very polite, speaking amongst themselves about our booking, probably not realising I could understand them.

I had a short stay at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing staff. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and polite. The room I was provided had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sofa, an LED TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, for which they provided the login details. The internet speed was excellent, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the hotel. The food was reasonably priced and of good quality. The cleanliness of the hotel is unparalleled in Lahore; the rooms were spotless. The room's air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The only downside is the lack of a gym and swimming pool. However, apart from that, everything else was great

Due to the works being done, there was a lot of construction noise.

Grt location and friendly staff Ready to help when and wherever needed especially would like to mention manager Khurram and housekeeping lady Hina and supervisor Javed Shabir were phenomenal Only suggestion is to improve on interior / lobby colour scheme to a bit more dynamic and light plus if management can invest in improving the street by growing some plants and green belt to immediately clear that extra wow factor Moreover Get a professional cleaner to clean windows from outside regularly

Warmth and professionalism right from the moment we walked in and greeted with a cold juice made us decide to cancel our ongoing stay at a five star hotel!! Exceptional Moreover manager was very happy to listen to minor criticism about chances to improve which was very neutral and left a good impression

The staff was so friendly, it felt like staying with old friends! The room was cozy and clean, with great AC to beat the heat. The breakfast was a delicious surprise. In the dining area, Tazmeen was a wonderful host who guided us through the menu very courteously. Saba and Adil were always there to help cater our requests very politely during our stay. In brief, all of the staff from security personnel to porters, and front desk to room service were very welcoming and they made our stay really memorable.

The road leading to the hotel is quite narrow, and with cars parked on both sides, it becomes even more congested, frequently causing traffic jams during the day time. Secondly, the valet parks your car in the street, making it more susceptible to unforeseen events such as theft, damage, or accidents.

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the room service exceeded expectations, both in terms of pricing and the quality of the food provided, especially when compared to other competitors. Additionally, the room size was ample, offering a comfortable space, and the staff displayed a professional and courteous demeanor throughout my stay.

However, one aspect that detracted from the overall experience was the presence of a connecting door to the adjacent room. Despite being locked, this door allowed considerable noise to filter through, disrupting my sleep and compromising the overall noise control within the room. While there were many positives, the lack of soundproofing is an area where improvement is needed.

The staff are superb. The hotel is very clean. We were really well looked after by every member of the hotel team, especially the female staff at breakfast.

The breakfast is good but the gluten free bread is not gluten free. We asked the head chef for the recipe because my mother who has a gluten intolerance liked the bread, and the recipe we were given has both plain flour and wholewheat flour. The head chefs knowledge of dietary requirements is definitely shocking. I wouldn't recommend trusting their gluten free options.

Quite central but very quiet location, the whole staff was very helpful, and the welcome drink on arrivals was a really nice touch. Very spacious rooms with separate sitting area including tea-coffee making facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast with huge selections of cold and hot dishes. Twice we had a dinner there as well, which was freshly cooked and reasonable prices. I highly recommended for those who wants somewhere quite and secured.

Only downside was the windows was sealed and unable to open it for the fresh air 🙃
