Staff are generally excellent, cheerful and helpful. Location is perfect for the event we attended and for the trams.

We have been coming here for several years and it is beginning to feel tired and dated. However, some renovation seems to be underway. Our room was huge but very sparsely furnished and the curtains don't fit the windows. The pillows were awful, flat and lumpy and when I asked for an extra pillow I was told it would be an extra 20zl per night for one!!! Never been in a hotel that wouldn't give you an extra pillow if you needed it!

Friendly staff. There was only a couple of English speakers in the reception, the room was kept clean. The location was 10 minutes away from The Magnolia shopping center. It was a 20 minute tram ride into the Main market square. The tram station was a 1 minute walk from the hotel. There was a little corner shop that sold Beer, Wine, Bread, milk just outside the hotel. A small Giros takeaway shop just outside. And a Pizza restaurant 100m away up the road. The Hotel was in a perfect location for us.

There was only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe !! We bought more at Primark in the shopping centre. There wasn't a bar in the Hotel. But we knew that.

Toilet was quite high up, which could be an issue if you're short Shower head was a little loose and the temperature fluctuated a little

The hotel is in a good location for us to visit our family and go in to the city. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The double beds are very small as is the bed topper with only 2 small Pillows with a charge for an extra pillow and the shower head doesn't lock in place not the right fitting but the shower was perfect for pressure and heat.

We liked the breakfast, the variety was very broad and tasty, the staff made sure that there was always plenty of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient as there is a tram stop nearby with lots of trams heading towards the city centre.

The bed mattresses were a little bit soft.

The room was larger than expected and well equiped. Beds were very comfortable. Access for my disabled friend throughout the building was good. Loved the large windows that could be opened right out. Storage for cases when leaving on the last day was very helpful and I was happy there was no charge for this service. Friendly staff spoke English which made our lives easier - very grateful for that and they helped us order taxis when needed. Daily refuse collection from our room while we were out was also helpful so we didn't leave any accumulated mess by the last day.

Other than our shower base was quite dirty, eveything else was very clean. We would have appreciated some milk with the tea/coffe facilities but the day after arrival we just went and bought our own when the shops were open..

Great breakfast, quite a variety with good quality too. The location was perfect since it was just a minute walk from the tram station and not far away to the centre by tram or bus. The staff were very helpful, providing additional pillows and amenities upon request.

The beds were quite uncomfortable with very soft mattresses, which affected the comfort of our sleep.

The room was simple, but enough for one night stay and one person. Everything that was needed was there, the electric kettle was really clean just like the sheets.

I found a bug in one of the towels and the other one was dirty.. the card thing for electricity was also a little bit annoying, because you can’t turn the light off in the bathroom without taking it out.

Check-in and check-out was efficient. Room was large, as was the bathroom. Breakfast had a decent selection of both bread and warm dishes, not always the case outside of Nordic countries. Asked hotel to have our (three) rooms together, which they was able to work out. Will be perfect when tram stop is working again, after track renovation is completed.

Old-style AC didn't work, so a fan was put inside each of our rooms. Two of our rooms faced the big Legnicka street, so it was quite noicy as we had windows open during the night, to keep room temperature at a good level.

Room 113 the shower drain does not work well, Main door gets stuck needs adjustment. WiFi needs improvement. Parking needs improvement. Fix it. Those poor girls had to go and open it by hand. I felt sorry for them.
