The room was impeccably maintained. It would be beneficial to include a wider variety of Indian dishes in the breakfast menu. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the wifi connectivity.

The timing of the gym opening at 10:00 A.M. is not beneficial for clients, as many of them have scheduled programs at that time. If the gym were to open at 4:00 A.M., clients would be able to utilize the facilities more effectively. It is important to consider that most of your clients are regular gym-goers, and even your competitors are offering 24-hour access. Making this adjustment to the opening hours would not only cater to the needs of your clients but also give you a competitive edge in the market.

The property was located adjacent to Lulu Mall which gave easy access to amenities. The property had very helpful staff. Mr Mostafa from the Restaurant section helped me and assured me of my stay and offered help in case of any issues. He and the captain were both very kind and warm to me since it was my first trip to Saudi Arabia. The Food is very good , it has a mix of local dishes and general food making it a top place for breakfast.

the wall paper on the window was broken which lended a rather cheap look to an otherwise classy room. When I ordered the food, the driver left it with the security guard and there was no coordination between security guard and reception. Reception told me food had not arrived while the driver kept insisting that it has been delivered. When I went downstairs, the food was sitting with the security guard.

Besides this they provided us with a bigger apartment with 3 rooms, it was clean, and breakfast was nice.

Swimming pool: The water was murky, and not clean, and no towel was provided, when asked for it, they advised me to bring it from the Room. Room service: asked for room service- bed was made, only 1 bath towel was provided for 4 people. On repeated requests, 2 more were given. When I mentioned, I needed more for the swimming pool ( as swimming pool, no towel was provided), 2 more give, so the total received was 5, whereas I required 8, 4 for the room and 4 for the swimming pool.

the Saudi stuff were super friendly and helpful. enjoyed my weekend gateway with the family. the rooms were very nice and large space this was excellent value for money the room included normal size bathroom but very big room with a living room all on open space

location was a bit far from the most shopping malls but it is linked to lulu mall it is mainly a supermarket but has a lot of options too and the fact that it doesn’t have a kitchenette

We had a lovely at Wyndham Garden Dammam. The location was perfect, and the staff made our experience truly memorable. Special thanks to Sheikh Raju at Alnakheel restaurant for his warm hospitality—he was attentive, helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast was versatile and delicious. While we enjoyed our stay, service was a bit slow when requesting extra items, and our door needed some repairs. Cleanliness was generally good but could use a bit more attention.

The women’s only facilities were exceptional. It catered to all the needs and was very useful having it all within the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the food was fresh and tasty. Location is excellent, very family friendly and would definitely stay again.

The women’s fitness centre did not have enough variety with heavier weights, a bench or the smith machine like the mixed gym. It was extremely basic and very cardio based. The laundry prices were also very high and if you are staying long with the family there is no in room washing machine option. There is no microwave in the kitchen for the 3 bedroom apartment.

Clean and well maintained property. Dine-in menu prices are reasonable. Though there are other dining options in walkable distance in Lulu Mall and nearby. Shopping Center with Hypermarket entrance makes more convenient. Near to city center and other goverment offices. The staffs are very welcoming and possess positive attitude and energy. Mr. Khalid at the reception is exceptional.

1. All staffs are good. Mr Abul Khair and Ms Wejnan ( Female receptionist) supported a lot. 2. Breakfast is excellent. 3. Room is clean, neat and luxurious. 4. Other facilities- gym, swimming pool, lobby, etc. are good. 5. Easy access to Lulu mall, a great facility for the customers.

I suggest the management to provide microwave facility in the rooms. Otherwise, common kitchen/ microwave facility should be available. Infants/ kids, need homely food and that is safe. In addition, the hotel should provide common laundry facility..

The location is really good, Lulu Hypermarket is attached with the hotel which makes it very convenient. The rooms were spacious, the staff were helpful.

My shower clogged all the time, I contacted the front desk but could not provide me a solution. Only had this issue in one of the room. Also, there is no noise insulation in the rooms.
