I had a single room and the size and style were above my expectations. It was nice to have a comfortable chair. Very central location at the market place, not far from the train station. Breakfast was good.

Although breakfast was good, I found it a bit strange that I had to book time for it the night before. Due to some noise outside (emptying garbage), I woke up earlier than planned. After showering I waited half an hour to go for breakfast because I had had to book a specific time for it. However, noone checked my booking and there weren’t specific reserved tables, so I am not sure about the point of it. I guess it would be ok to go earlier anyway…

The location was perfect. Situated on Stortorget, next to Lilla Torg and being only a short walk from the main train station meant everything was easily accessible for us. The breakfast was great with a good variety of heathy options and the room was comfortable. We particularly liked the cosy bathroom with the heated floor. We came for Eurovision which the hotel fully embraced so we loved it! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we had a memorable stay and would be happy to stay here again.

We were asked to book a slot for breakfast. In the end no one cared. But it still gave us the feeling that we needed to rush breakfast Last renovation of rooms seems to be a while ago. Black paint in bathroom was chipping off

It’s a perfect location next to the main square. Loved the “hydration station” with snacks near the lifts. But plus for coffee machine being available throughout the day. The biggest positive is the staff. So helpful and friendly receptionists and people working in the breakfast area.

In general it is a decent hotel, but the only minus was that the cleaning frequency wasn’t very clear.

Central and all you should need within a short walk. Nice and spacious rooms, we got a big corner room on the top floor outlooking Stortorget. No sound from neighbor rooms and extremely limited noise from the street, even on an extremely busy weekend. Breakfast buffet was good with standard options to choose from as well as some local swedish options too. The hotel parking is recommended if you go by car, it’s a short walk and provides a secure parking option for your car. Great hotel service and perfect for a week long stay!

Really friendly staff and wonderful buffet style breakfast with traditional Scandinavian options. Staff were happy to switch to English when needed. The room was cozy and comfy. The TV has access to English and Danish channels so if you struggle with Swedish there's still some lazy entertainment for you. The bathroom was private too, big plus! The location was wonderful, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I'd love to stay again.

The room was advertised with a large double bed, but was two singles put together without a topper bridging the gap. Staying as a couple, this meant one of us kept falling into the crevice in the middle of the night and having to get up to shunt the beds back together.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully prepared breakfast selection, you will want to eat a little of everything. While there is no bar and restaurant here you are literally seconds away from the old square full of eating places.

For those wanting a quiet drink at the end of a busy day a bar would be nice. I really can’t fault anything else about this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect - in the city centre, surrounded by main squares and a lot of restaurants. Main attractions reachable by foot, around 3-4 km (including the see). Breakfast with enough choices for every taste. Paid parking lot in front of the hotel.

Some of the furniture in the room could be better. For the one night stay it's not an issue, but it would greatly improve the coziness.

Great location on Stortorget, very close to the central trainstation. Great staff and facilities with gym and relax in the basement. Very good breakfast! As of now, 2025-08-04, they are renovating the facade of the hotel, but no issues with noise.

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in Malmö. It has a excellent breakfast and is ideally located near the train station and within easy walking distance of the Malmö university. The staff are extremely helpful and the internet is strong and reliable which is important for work calls.
