The desk staff was amazing they are sweet even when they deal with some of the worse people on the planet. The sad part Is majority of the ignorance they have to with are locals. By the way they act and how they have no respect for the workers or the property it's not a surprise that they are without a home of their own. The housekeepers are sweet people with a job that has them cleaning up after people, some of them being disgusting humans. They work long days almost every day that I have stayed. I give them props for what they do and how sweet they are even though they have the dirtiest job. I want to thank the staff for being here for me and thank you for the warm greetings and the heart felt smiles. You may not know my situation but your acts of kindness and compassion and non judgemental hearts has been the best part of my of my day at times. Thank you for all that you do.

The lobby space and hallways gave me pause: low lighting, warped linoleum flooring, some dynamic characters in the neighborhood. However, the room itself was very pleasant: clean, functioning TV and A/C, hot water in the shower... everything you need in a hotel room, and the room itself was a great value for the price. I'd stay here again if in need of a budget option in the area.

I'm sure the hotel is aware, but the flooring in the hallways is warped - could definitely be a tripping hazard for guests with mobility limitations.

The ice machines that work the soda machines that are only a dollar the fact that that's a convenient location right next to a gas station that has anything else that I might need within walking distance the fact that it's right next to a del Taco which has amazing healthy food beyond any other fast food joint not to mention the blow prices that they choose to charge the most luxurious rooms and by luxurious I mean the fact that they have mini fridges microwave ironing boards and irons hair dryers shampoo conditioner soaps towels heating and tons of furniture the majority of the hotels have but charge hundreds of dollars. It's decently cleaned I'm probably cleaner than some of the customers that roll through here is own property the parking lots are well wet there's cameras in hallways as well as parking lots to ensure safety.

Cheryl, the manager, showed great concern for the check-in issue from the night before. - Allowed close-to-front-door parking.

-No one was there at front desk for over 30 minutes while 4 potential guests & companions were waiting. -2 TV remote controls on the desk, but neither worked. -No luggage rack in room. -Electrical plug on the lamp, on the side of bed closest to window, did NOT work. Had to plug in CPAP on the other side of bed. - Had to go searching for luggage carrier the morning of departure.

The size and the affordability of the rooms. The location is ideal for food locations and the airport is right up the street.

Nothing it was overall a great stay and experience for my first time there. I was told it was a bad area called the trifecta but I had zero issues. I wouldn't mind using this location again sooner than later.

The hot showers and the warm heaters

The price that goes up or jumps up on the weekends if you've been there for an extended stay amount of time I think the price should maybe drop or just stay at a lower price versus jumping up to a higher price

I rate this room on what it Is. I was not looking for a 4 star room. This room was clean. It was quiet. Everything worked and I was comfortable. It was $30... you just don't see that anymore. This property exceeded my expectation

Checked in very late and was greeted by a very kind gentleman I was sure I just woke up. He was not bothered by being awaken and was even laughing making jokes. Very nice man eased my worry that my late check in was gonna be a problem. On a personal note loved the genuine kindness and personality from the gentleman that checked me in.

Past reviews seem negatively skewed or, more likely, this property has exerted efforts to improve their offering. I had an easy, good value stay with no issues. Clean room, cameras in parking lot for car, air conditioning worked. It's a value offering and not high end. With appropriate expectations, this place delivered budget value.

Kenna, the front office clerk was especially friendly and helpful and trying to help me to resolve my problem with the card keys

unfortunately, the card keys did not do too well in opening the doors. I had to swipe them repeatedly to get them to work. Kenna that you have an older type of card key lock system?
