This is a very nice hotel. As soon as you walk into the room, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness! I love the kitchenette — it feels like home. The breakfast is good and makes it convenient for us to get ready for the day. Staff are professionals & friendly. (My trip was to visit my bff at a rehab facility who had a massive stroke in December of 2024. We stayed at this hotel for 4 day. This is only 6 miles to the facility. And to have a nice hotel to stay was good relief from the worry of someone so loved in a condition that she is in)

On one night, the occupants in the next room were so loud—it sounded like they were smashing. This went on at 1:00 AM and kept going! We informed the front desk the next day."

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The rooms were clean they were comfortable. The sheets were changed every day. The breakfast was hot. It was an actual hot breakfast with eggs and sausage and fried potatoes. You could make waffles. There was also the option of oatmeal, coffee or tea, cereal, and fruit. As well as toast, bagels, muffins or breakfast muffins. It was quiet and very well maintained. It was located right next to a mall and a diner.

The only thing that I would change... I wouldn't say I didn't like is there's not decaf coffee readily put in the rooms. But I just went to the desk and they gave me plenty.

Our 3 night stay was nice. The Staff was always very friendly, and exceptionally helpful, when asked for directions, as we were visitng Mesa for the first time. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, and the king bed was so welcoming after a day of being touristy. The Pool and Hot Tub was welcoming, and clean. They breakfast, with an ongoing coffee center, to start your day was enjoyable. The first night we were there our cable TV signal paused out and the Staff ( desk clerk ) came up to our room immediately and remedied the problem. One thing we definitely liked about the Hotel location was that it is only 7 miles approx from the Mesa Airport. And getting around the surrounding area(s) was very easy due its location when venturing out sightseeing. Would definitely recommend others staying here.

This isn't a dislike, just a note saying that our room had a stand-up shower only. So, if you are in need of more more than a shower, please make sure you inquire before booking.

We came to this hotel after we abandoned another very poor quality hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The overall facility and room were very well kept and clean. At check in the clerk was talking about breakfast and I said oh we'll be up and out very early for a flight and will miss breakfast. She then offered their take 'n go breakfast bags. They had them ready at 4:30am for us! This was so great as we could take to airport with us (through security) and once awaiting boarding could eat. I would stay here again for sure!

Elevator was hard to find. When leaving room in the morning we walked the hall a couple times before locating. We were only there a short time and came in once and left once. If there longer someone would get used to this and it'd be easy :).

The room was very nice and updated. We stayed from Monday to Monday. Our room was cleaned and the bed was made each day. That was a plus because not a lot of hotels do that any more when you stay for multiple days. They had an onsite coin laundry. Would definitely stay there again!!

The pool was in the shade most of the day. I would have liked one in the sun throughout the day.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The cleaning crew did a great job of having our rooms ready each day. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located next to a mall and restaurants. The area is nice and we felt safe. Front desk employees were professional and friendly.

The hallway our room was located in smelled bad. Trash cans were overflowed throughout the property.

Everything! The staff is amazing! Heidi went above and beyond when we checked in. There we door lock issues with a few and she handled so sweet and professional and was super fast to fix the issue! Never upset or rude! The entire staff has been amazing! Rooms are extremely clean! Beds and pillows are comfortable. My daughter and I felt extremely safe. This is where we will anyways stay!!!

I was happily surprised because the price was very reasonable, so I figured it would be mediocre. Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, nice cold AC, really good basic breakfast, and comfy beds.

Only complaint was on Saturday night I was woken up several times by kids (I think) running up and down the halls and occasionally even banging on our door.
