The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating; we had to switch rooms and she took care of it with no fuss. The rooms are a mix of old and new--new vinyl flooring rather than ancient carpets, millennial gray paint and new fixtures, popcorn ceilings and antique light switches and smoke alarms. Everything was clean. The pool looked great, though I didn't have the energy to use it. Breakfast was plentiful (eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, bread, waffles, cereal, etc.). The beds were far comfier than at other Best Westerns I've been to recently, and the bathroom was nice and bright. I wanted a hotel room far from US-89 so I wouldn't hear the cars and trucks going by all night, and this hotel is far from the highway.

The walls are very thin; you will hear the doors slamming every time your neighbors come and go, unless you turn on the A/C in your room. It's *extremely* loud and will cover all other noises, if you can stand to keep it on. There is only one elevator.

The room was clean and spacious with sufficient amenities. The pool looked great, though we didn't have time to use it. Free parking and breakfast included. Excellent location, close to convenient stores and restaurants and main attractions (Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell, to name a few).

The breakfast room could be a little crowded in the morning. We stayed for two nights and the laundry room was out of service throughout our stay. We did manage to find a laundromat not too far away called "Page Laundry" which was very good, though.

We had a quiet and comfortable room. We used the guest laundry which was convenient. We were expecting the swimming pool to be closed (for maintenance), but that had been completed early and so it was open again. This was great as it was a nice area to relax in the afternoon. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was poor and was served on paper plates and with plastic knives and forks. I found this extremely disappointing and would not book with this hotel chain again due to this. It is generating vast amounts of waste and is not environmentally friendly.

We had about 30 mins to eat breakfast as we had just come from a tour from Antelope Canyon. Hot items were available. I had hoped that there would be alternatives to the sausage such as chicken, turkey, or vegan. But, the rest of my family enjoyed the pork sausages, lol. The waffles were VERY GOOD. They came out crispy every time…so the timing on the waffle machines are perfect. The staff during breakfast were kind and made sure that everyone had enough to eat.

When I booked the two rooms, a Large Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and a Junior Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds, the Junior Queen Suite was about $10-13 more. BUT…it was LITERALLY THE SAME ROOM SIZE, 2 QUEEN BEDS, AND WITH THE SAME AMENITIES. When I asked the front desk for clarification, in case a mistake was made, she told me there was no difference except for the couch in the Junior Suite. The couch she was talking about can be compared to a regular large size suitcase, the other room we booked had a couch chair and ottoman which if you put another in the junior suite would be exactly the same thing. I know the amount was a small difference, but it was literally the same room with the same facilities…it was false advertising and we shouldn’t have had to pay more for that other room.

Checkin staff very helpful. Room was comfy and clean and air con worked (it was very hot outside). Pool was fine. Breakfast - good variety of typical American. Really good base to visit Antelope Canyon and the Glen Canyon dam. Close to Glen Canyon Brewing Company - really good craft beer and burgers.

No in room coffee machine but available 24hours in reception. Why cant USA hotels recycle? all the breakfast plates/cutlery/cups and plastic glasses are single use and throw away.

I booked online an my boyfriend want to use his card to pay for it but my card was charged.

I wish the pool hours were longer like closing til mid night an opening at 8 am since checks at 11. As we arrived we went out to eat an we had to wait for our food to settle an watched some TV. We like the am breakfast an were missing bacon, an u should have like a small sink to drain lefted over liquids like a drink, milk an etc. I had cereal an didn't want to drink all the milk.

Very nice breakfast, and comfy room. We also tried the jacuzzi, in winter. such a great experience. The staff is incredibly kind and polite.

Just like any other hotel in the US, at least the big ones, not family owned, is the amount of plastic waste. For breakfast especially but the single usage plates and cutlery is really a shame. Especially at this time of crisis, this should be a TOP PRIORITY. And plastic use and waste SHOULD BE Changed into sustainalble alternative.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. You can get complimentary water and coffee/tea/hot water any time in the lobby. There is a very nice heated pool that we had usually for ourselves. Lot's of privacy, loundry to use etc, small fitness room. We like the location a lot (close to Antelope Canyon, Clen Canyon, Horseshoe Bend etc.). It was a good place to rest and enjoy some hiking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some restaurants nearby.

The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Lovely pool and hot tub, which was much appreciated after hiking! Breakfast was above average as well. The hotel was busy but the staff handled everything well. Don’t know if we’ll ever get back to Page, but I would stay here again. Great Place to stay!

The breakfast was good, but it was very crowded and people could not find a table to sit and eat. So, I recommend going early for breakfast 

Great location to stay if commuting between Utah & Arizona - glad we'd booked in advance as it was sold out upon arrival for other patrons. Was surprised at the quality and quantity of breakfast options available in the morning, had options to accommodate all. Free water for the day was also a nice touch (single use plastic fyi). Rooms were spacious albeit dark in parts of the building, but as a place to lay your head for a day whilst visiting the local area, would recommend and would stay at again. Large car park outside, off the main strip in Page makes it easy to stay and lots of local restaurant options mean you don't have to venture by car to get anywhere.
