Lots of space, fantastic suite. Good sized, comfy bed.

Shower head was too low for my 6ft son to use comfortably. Food in restaurant was disappointing. Our burger was undercooked.

Your staff was really great, very friendly & helpful. Especially our housekeeper on the 4th floor, Amante who took care of a couple requests (coffee, extra towels) with enthusiasm! always greeted us when she saw us. The stay started with Whitney at the front desk being so friendly & accommodating. Also, your bartenders, Rodrigo & Tomas made having a couple cocktails fun & were also very friendly & accommodating. Please recognize these 4 people on your staff in particular, we would come back to the Gallery One just because the staff made us feel special & remembered us when they saw us! Best service we have received in any hotel in a long time!

Bed was a bit too soft, that was the only thing we would criticize. (also, the bedroom door in 411 didn't close well, wasn't a big issue for us, but might be for others)

Room was comfortable and clean. Location is good.

Restaurant was terrible. Service and food were both bad. Explains why it was empty the entire 4 days I was there.

I liked the staff I also liked the fact that it was one of the stops for the water taxi. There was a mall right next door. The beach was a 38 minute 2 mile walk and we actually enjoyed the walk back to the hotel. The little kitchenette provided a way for us to enjoy breakfast without breaking the bank. I do however recommend the hotel's restaurant we ate dinner the first day and breakfast on my birthday and the food and service was awsome.

The sofa bed was broken but they did offer to have someone look at it but my aunt declined so that wasn't so bad we were able to deal with it.

Had the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group of 4. Used the small kitchen & it had what we needed. Pool was nice & hotel close to water taxi dock. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a 10 minute walk to Publix in the other direction.

Only 1 of the bedrooms got cool. No real cold air in the other bedroom. Maintenance came & looked at the A/C and changed the filter, but that did not fix the problem at all. Luckily it was manageable for 3 nights.

The location was excellent. Close to everything; centralized to 95 and Turnpike

Not many accommodations even for reward members. Parking was almost $40 per day plus tipping the workers every time we got our car. That was the only right thing to do. The breakfast was additional cost. As a Diamond member in the past even though I booked with Booking I always was able to use my perks.

The Water Taxi was by far one of the greatest experiences and way to get around to see the sights. Also enjoyed being next to the Galleria Mall. My room was really great although I didn't stay in it very long as I was attending a wedding Would have liked a chance to check out the beach but maybe next time. Nice lounge area on the canal and lots to see just hanging out there. Also, the fitness room, although small, packed a lot of punch - including a Peleton bike, weights and treadmill.

The lighting could have been better and brighter as I was on the street side vs. the water side. The bathroom was also missing a hairdryer. I called to see if I could get an earlier check in that day, and they said they should be able to accomodate me. However, when I got to the hotel at 2:00, they said they would call me when there was an availability. At 3:50 I checked in with the front desk again and they had no recollection of my request (I guess a changing of staff) but I did get a room.

The bed and bathroom were excellent. We all slept very comfortably.

Mandatory $50 valet parking was a bit much. The fact that it's not included in the description of the fees during booking is annoying. Either decrease the valet price, include the price in the list of fees visible before booking, or allow self parking as an option.
