To start with the woman (I believe her name was Selena) at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and very helpful. She went above and beyond. Our room was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a few times too! It was great that there was Denny's (Delicious) and The Salty Scallop Pub (Great drinks and the bartender Jessica was awesome) on the property! We will definitely be back!

We needed a place to stay overnight when we were trying to get to the area early to avoid an incoming storm. Even basic hotels are so overpriced nowadays. I was so happy to see an $80 hotel with decent reviews and it did not disappoint. First, we called to let them know we were getting in early in the morning but were still coming and wanted the room for as long as we could to rest. They said they would have the keys ready to make checkin easy and that we could stay til noon, which was a huge relief as we didn’t arrive until 5am. The gentleman on the phone, maybe Murray?, was so sweet. And the lady that checked us in at 5, maybe Laurie?, was also very kind and got us in quickly. The rooms and hotel are older but very neat, tidy and clean. You can tell they take pride in this older hotel. I was up “earlier” than expected and confirmed with housekeeping as they were cleaning nearby rooms that we were ok until noon (and yes I had put the do not disturb sign out but sometimes that doesn’t work!). The lady doing the cleaning was really cool and said yep, we have you down for noon! Everyone was so kind and pleasant. Even the attached Dennys, where I ran for a quick breakfast, was staffed with people who were helpful and kind. This place was a breath of fresh air in terms of the kind and helpful people staffing it. And the rooms are simple, clean and comfortable. I feel strongly that anyone who rates this $80/night hotel poorly is a miserable, sorry person who expects more than what they pay for. Kudos to this whole property and management for having great standards and hiring great people.

the room was clean, the staff were excellent, this is an older inn that was getting an upgrade. we enjoyed our stay the cleaning staff was very good and helpful with our requests, the office staff was absolutely fantastic and very friendly and accommodating with our requests, which we very much appreciated. we would stay there again whenever we visited that area. adjoining the inn was a Denny's and their food was excellent and was reasonably priced for the way the current economy is at this present time. we would recommend to anyone

there could have been more than one chair in the room

Breakfast would have been nice, I did not like having to go to Dennys every morning.

The pool rules were not followed by many and we had to endure some very obnoxious girls who had no adult with them, bad language and very rude

it was in a great location. We accidentally left an item behind. Housekeeping took it to the front desk and the front desk gave us a call before we left the area. Not many establishments would make the effort to do that.

The front desk was poorly marked on arrival. You desperately need some signage to point visitors in the right direction.

This hotel is just out of town, North of Crystal River on US 19. It has adequate parking and is quiet and comfortable. There is a Denny's restaurant connected to it which makes it easy for and early breakfast. It also has a friendly bar if you would like a mixed drink or cold beer. There is also a state historic site (Indian Mounds) and a State Park with hiking/biking trails and kayak/boat ramps just down the street. If you have any business in Crystal River or Homosassa this is a good place to stay. When I'm in Crystal River. which is about twice a year, this is my hotel of choice.

Liked that the pool was big. Denny's next door. I accidentally left a necklace in our room that has sentimental value to me and it was turned in to the office. I would definitely recommend this place. Again thank you housekeeping and Dan!

Air in room could have worked a little better.

The beds were the perfect size for our family of four, the location was right in front of Crystal river, there was a 24 hour Denny’s restaurant inside the hotel, which was very convenient, we loved the salt water pool, over all we very much enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back!

I really don’t have many complaints! We enjoyed our stay!

Bathrooms could use some work Shower curtain rod was broke . The shower did not drain after a shower One lamp on the wall did not work There Was no chain on door or any other extra Sercurity lock for the door. Did not feet 100% safe in room with out the extra lock . Did fine two cockroaches in the room
