The fact that the room did not have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold should not be happening for a "5 star" hotel. The other issue was the bathroom and the main room had an opening area. Not a very good choice for privacy. Some people travel with children and want privacy in the bathroom

The location and the views were amazing. The short walking distance to different places and shops was a plus for me. I was happy with the choice. I will go back again if I can choose a different room with a mini fridge and bathroom privacy.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was so close to where we wanted to be. Loved the free shuttle from the train station. Great pool! Gorgeous views too.

sad there was no coffee in the rooms and should have a few free water bottles included. We had to call for body wash. A weird item not to standardly provide.

Excellent location for access to key areas. Great views, outstanding size room, great balcony, well planned bathroom & all very clean. Very comfortable bed - good size, quality sheets & good pillows! Efficient lifts & brilliant customer service! Water in the lobby as well as coffee in the morning. Will definitely return!

There wasn't anything we didn't like! Would have preferred a Nespresso machine in the room, but no issue going down to the lobby in the morning.

The property is stunning. The staff truly amazing and super accommodating. We were able to do an early check in. They offer a wine happy hour every day. I didn’t get to partake in the festivities due to my packed schedule but overall I felt like I was staying at the four seasons. The views were immaculate it was a very lively experience. I really liked hearing the dj that was at the pool from our hotel room.

One little suggestion there wasn’t a bell hop to assist us with our bags upon arrival or leaving.

Amazing location, just a short drive from all the main attractions. The room was spotless, very spacious, and the view was simply stunning. What I appreciated the most was the pool — even in July, it never felt crowded thanks to the two separate pools that help guests spread out. We also really enjoyed the attentive service: we ordered delicious food and drinks right by the poolside, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The staff was exceptional. Location is right downtown Miami. Prior to arriving I corresponded with your team who quickly replied. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, our room was big and we had a balcony - it was ready when we arrived. Everyone we interacted was exceptional. We will definitely stay here again soon. We frequently take cruises, and it is nice to find a place to call home for a night or two. Thank you to all at Kimpton EPIC Hotel. Great job. Views are great at night too.

The room was lovely and very comfortable, however for the price we would have liked a little more luxury or comfort. It just seemed a little bare although nice. There were no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, which we missed. Staff were lovely and location was excellent. Food in Zuma was excellent but not so good in Area 31.

Felt a little like a studio apartment the way it was laid out. Would have liked a little more wardrobe space, There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging the bathrobes. We went to the event in Area 31 on New Years Eve which was completely over priced for what it was. Food was very poor that night unfortunately. On the plus side the hotel is close to many other great restaurants.

Very nice, beautiful view and great location. We were surprised to find when we got to the room they had upgraded us from a double room to a king suite. It was the prettiest room we have ever seen. View was spectacular!

The room was clean minus a few stranger's hairs, remnants of someone's balloon party and the pull out couch mattress had stains. We just used the couch instead.

I stayed in room 2815 for 4 nights. The room, bathroom and balcony are spacious & comfortable. The is a fridge in the room. The lady cleaning the room on a daily basis, did an excellent job. The view on the Miami river is spectacular. The Bayfront Park MetroMover and The Whole Food supermarket are a short distance away. AND it is very SAFE to walk around in the evenings.

Loved the size of the room. It was clean and comfortable. The city view was great and was great watching the world go by from the balcony. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Wine hour is also a great touch.

There is nothing that I didn't like... The whole stay was fantastic and so relaxing. Can't wait to go back there again soon
