The beach was just several steps away. Very nice and easy accessibility to the pool and beach. The sand on the beach is very good. Great experience at Radisson Resort. The view from the balcony was awesome. There were some iguanas living in the green areas by the pool, next to the palms. It was very surprising attraction for me and my wife to see this kind of exotic animal and we were taking pictures of iguanas. Rooms are clean with enough towels and bathroom accessories. I like Radisson Resort Miami Beach!

I booked a room with balcony for non-smoking room. I asked at the reception can I smoke on the balcony only (I do not want to smoke in the room). The answer was that it is forbidden to smoke on balcony as well. That is why I was going out of the hotel every time I want to smoke a cigarette.

This will be a fair and honest review. This hotel is in a Great Location! We got to our hotel a little after 4pm, check-in was suppose to be 3pm but we didn't get into our room until after 5pm. They had a very nice birthday welcome for my son which was chocolates, bed made with a heart of towels and rose petals! The management and the concierge cleaning staff made every effort to ensure we were taken care of! However, their only sore thumb is their parking service manager. Antonio was Awesome and he made our trip very pleasant alonside the young lady that ran the gift shop. They have a few challenges because the managers do not communicate well with each other and the manager over concierge service was the worst. However, their Rooms are very clean, food in the hotel restaurant was pricey but good. There is only one microwave for use in the entire hotel, so this may not be the best choice if you're bringing food to heat up or expected to dine out and have left overs. They are the highest in costs for overnight parking@ $42.00 a night plus tax compared to $30-$35 a night at other hotels. I am awaiting my final bill, but I took plenty of photos of the room to ensure that we are not charged anything opposite of parking & our breakfast because we didn't even use the free condiments (soap, water, coffee, etc). For the price & placement of hotel, I think we'll be back in 2024!

Too many extra fees: parking and resort and taxes too

Hotel has its own beach chairs, which are free of charge beach is beautifull, pool is ok but a little bit old, but it is clean, that is for sure. Rooms are old but renovated, very clean, we had a suite with tarrace and it is just the best choice as You can have a coffee in the morning with a stunning ocean view.

The tarrace in suites is not covered with tiles, it's just paited which doesn't look nice

The hotel itself was great! Easy access to the beach, you get 2 chairs and an umbrella for free per room which was super nice! They also have towels available to bring to the beach. The bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

Parking is terrible - we drove a truck down from South Dakota (aka a yee-yee truck to some people haha) and they couldn’t park it in valet parking, which isn’t a huge deal but the only other parking option is a parking garage that is BARELY tall enough to get our truck through. Our truck is 6’8” tall (roughly) and the antenna hit the entire way through. Then when we came back one day, there was NO parking at all left and small vehicles were in the truck parking. Thank god for one of the parking garage workers who gave us her parking spot until we left the next day.

It was basic but a great hotel to explore the city. Very clean, good facilities in the room, very spacious. The pool was clean and comfortable, extremely good value for money.

The shower pressure wasn’t great, but that’s my only complaint

One of the elevators was broken every day we were there (4 days) Wifi was out for an entire night. Towel/Beach/chair service should extend their hours past 4:30 or 5. Parking is too expensive (and I'm from NYC)

Location location location location location location location. The room was beautiful and a great ocean view The food was terrible at BARcelona and the pool side tikki hut.

Those were no chicken tenders. Chicken tenders are whole pieces of tenders not chopped and formed like cheap chicken nuggets. The risotto was horrible, it was just a hockey puck of wild rice. At dinner everyone walks through the dining tables in their beach attire, thongs and all. Make a pathway, it was disgusting.

Fitness room equipment damaged and not fully equipped.

We had an Oceanfront room with a great view of the ocean and beach. Decent pool and lounges/umbrellas provided at the beach. The restaurant was good, and there were a modest number of food options nearby. Good/fast lifts.

There are far fewer eating options than South Beach but that's an ironic consequence of choosing a quieter place than South Beach. The Soho Beach Club next door had thumping music from midday till 2am on a couple of days. Very loud in our room and by the pool. The hotel moved us to a quieter room.
