Ideal location in a quiet area with great facilities, Disney 15mins drive to most parks, supermarket over the road, parking, pool, gym and coffee and other eateries, ideal for a Disney holiday.

If booking through booking.com the check in process was not smooth, our reservation hadn’t made it to the hotel system, and took an hour to find it (with jet lag and 24hour travel day this was a long wait). Also someone manually updated the pricing so we had extra charges on our card, they sorted this for us when we queried it, but be aware of what you have booked and paid for and check your bill carefully.

Everything was so nice.. grass, lake, room, the smell of the room the lobby .. so peaceful everyone was so nice gave me a beautiful room stayed for 10 days amazing property would def stay here again

Stayed for 10 days but didn’t get any type of house keeping service no towels soap nothing we had to keep using pool towels because we didn’t get any service even called saying we were going to be out the whole day cause we were going to Disney and if we could please get house keeping service and they agreed and we come back and nothing :( also there’s a wanna b cop in the gate house Spanish kid that thinks he got big balls talks to u like he’s the president lmao

Great location and apt very clean!

Stay here several times a year .. unfortunately this time my visit wasn’t so great! .. the resort has gone down hill a bit! .. cleanliness in the apt great.. outside in the surrounding areas little bit shabby!

The unit is somewhat well equipped. It would be good to provide salt and pepper for the units unpon request save us from buying and wasting as we can't always packing it back. I6t great that you provided laundry detergent and that they are eco friendly.. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful upon check-in.

The whole experience at the hotel was fantastic until the last days, I had requested if I could have an extended 30 minutes for check-out and wasn't granted it. I understand that at the time, the occupancy rate can be high. A antastic service could do with a courtesy check to see if our room was required for immediate turnaround or not before they tell us off straight 'no'. I didn't take down the name of the staff who attended my request. It could have been handled with a lot more care and empathy. What could an extra 30 minutes do for the hotel vs. for the customer who was trying to pack all things up as much and as quick. Atleast tey/attempt to check if it's possible to accommodate, and if can't that's fine. At least I know she tried rather than a cold hard 'No.

The room and the pool were amazing. The staff at the pool were really nice and made you feel special. The store staff were also sweet and helpful.

Anytime I came to the front desk, the staff were standoffish and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked simple questions and when I checked into the hotel. Was not aware there were so many services and where everything was.

We stayed just two (2) nights as a base for Disney visits - location for this purpose is excellent if you dont want the ‘on resort’ experience. We had a spacious two bedroom suite which was opposite side from the pool area and very quiet :) Pool area was good with plenty of sun recliners and a nice atmosphere, grounds and parking lots are groomed and well lit, and you can WALK thru to Vineland Premium Outlets Mall at back of property. As always, staff performance really made the short stay special as they were excellent. (Yes, that’s you Cyrus!)

Curtain voile in bedroom 2 appeared to have chewing gum stuck on it - didn’t mention it as it had zero impact on our experience, and with a resort the size of a small village I’m sure the cleaning team had enough on their hands.

Room was in an excellent spot facing the main pool in building number one. close proximity to the outlet as well as Publix. Also, the lady at the reception, Sherry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of assistance. She is an asset to the resort.

More regular room cleaning and towels change. Good idea to place coffee capsules in the room rather than the vouchers for the coffee shop.

The room was excellent and good value for money. The resort is very clean and has well maintained garden areas. The reception area staff are very helpful and professional. The resort is well placed for all that Orlando has to offer.

The cleaners of the rooms were haphazard in their cleaning in that they would remove items such as bath mats but not replace them. On one occasion the cleaners left the apartment half way through cleaning with the dusters left behind and the pillows on the bedroom armchair. The biggest disappointment was the the upper quiet pool which has always been excellent however this time people were in the pool eating and drinking even from glassware and there is no policing of the rules even for complete non compliance such this.

The cleaning people were very loud in the hallways and also above us. Several times in one day I went up to the 7th floor to ask them to stop banging/dragging chairs and tables across the hardwood floors because we could hear it above us (stayed on 6th floor room 6611). However, when I spoke to the staff, hardly any of them understood English unfortunately so it was difficult to get my point across and they must not have understood me since it kept happening. Also, the fridge/freezer made a constant annoying sound
