The front desk staff was awesome. Zoë checked us in and was super sweet. She answered all our questions, gave us tips on restaurants in the area, and sold us on the marketplace. We had so much fun doing karaoke.

It's a family hotel and I didn't like that there's no dress code for the Waterpark area. Way too many people were walking around half-naked, wearing thong bikinis and speedos. My kids didn't need to see that. One guy was almost fully exposed because his speedo was too small for him. Women in thong bikinis. Take that to the beach, not a family resort.

Fantastic location , stores and restaurants very close by , pool areas were fun , only downside was the red water slide was closed during our stay . Only recommendation I’d make is is may putting a net between the little soccer play area and the hot tub at lagoon pool , a ball went wild and hit a woman on the side of head , she wasn’t happy , but overall this a great family resort for the cost , just don’t go there expecting an adult’s relaxation time , the place was the nickelodeon hotel before , so it’s aimed at families and kids .

Nothing everything met or exceeded expectations. I think people that have given the resort bad reviews were expecting a 5 star riviera maya resort , for the price , this place is great. Could use some down time to just refresh ( paint and minor details )

The property location was great for everything we needed to do. From the Disney parks to the beach to food restaurants this is a good location. All the activities at the property was a great way to keep the kids busy to enjoy their stay as well.

The property was short staffed for the cleaning service. our towels were not swap out and I had to call even day to get towels. when they brought towels the never brought face towels. one we did receive the towels the banged on the door at 1130pm to deliver them left them in a bag at the door and left waking up the kids. The bathroom sink and tub clogged so the drained out very slow and maintenance never made it to the room to fix it during our stay. Last the front TV did not show a picture only sound and one of three remotes worked due to corrosion on the batteries.

The room Was nice and clean when we arrived on the 23, the beds and pillows were really confortable.

The price Was to High for Whats offered as a resort, charging obligatory fees of $49 for a Water Park and pool no one was using @ 0-4 degrees from the 23 thru the 27 was not nice having to pay for a service you were not using and also charging $24 daily to Park your car on the premises was not a valuable situation for a customer Who is staying with his family for 11 nights, I believe the hotel has to provide a parking space for every customer because almost everyone staying there has to bring a car for transportation dutys.

My kids loved the water park and the big pools. the staff was very friendly, The room and the facility was exactly as advertised. Every in our kitchen worked and their was plenty of utensil to cook and plated and silverware to eat. Since we have a big family that was important.

When I booked the hotel, I assumed the price for the water park was included. It was not! we had to pay an extra $54 dollars per day for the waterpark and pool use. It did not matter whether we were going to use it or not. On top of that I had to pay an extra $25 per day for parking. I ended up paying an additional $395 for this stay. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

Bug bites are on my kids after waking up the next morning on the couch. Had to make them sleep in the beds because of it.

I loved everything about it.

There was only one small thing i didn’t like the hotel room floor was very very dirty i had to figure a way to clean so i went to walmart and bought some things to clean and disinfect the room.

Lots to do for families, the hotel offers a gator show, movie nights, game nights and karaoke! All of which are free to guests!!! The Lagoon area has a pool, some water slides for the children, mini golf, basketball court, and pool table. The staff were all very polite. And there is laundry on site.

Although there were lots of options at the breakfast buffet (not included in the stay) the food was subpar. Also check out was a little early for my liking, even with “late” check out we had to be out of the room by 11am.

The customer service was great. Our room was wonderful. The kids had a great time with all the activities .

The only issue that we noticed was that the kids water slide play area was broke in several places and rusty in places like the slides and a couple if landing areas. Some of the bars on the area were rusty. Definitely needs an upgrade. For the money we spent we were hoping to use it without worries.
