Receptionist was a little rude paid deposit on credit card and something was wrong with their system so she kept telling us we didn’t pay it however we knew what we did at check in.. pulled up credit card account to show it was pending didn’t get a I’m sorry or anything. Definitely had us rethinking about ever staying here again. Canceled all our pre planned bookings here because of that

Apartment was very spacious and clean.A lot of things to do around the property (Two pools,lawn chess,little park,basketball court and volleyball ).very nice.close to parks,restaurants and stores.staff was very friendly.will definitely stay here again!

The pool/area can use a little upgrade.

Basically, I am satisfied with the room which was specious, clean, quiet, pool available, amenity convenient, parking lot free.

The staff at the counter misunderstood at first that my reservation did not exist. Looked she misheard my name then the system did not show my booking. I was told that I needed to ask “Booking. Com” even though I showed my reservation shown in the site on my phone. By showing my ID, she ended up finding my booking on the system. I think all staff should check a guest ID every time to avoid this type of misunderstandings. I felt hopeless at the time.

I liked how it was two bedrooms. I thought it was a one bedroom condo so to find out we had an extra bedroom was nice. I liked how we were close to one of the pools. It was great to have 2 pools so not everyone was crowded into one pool.

There is nothing really that I didn’t like. But we did have an issue with the dishwasher. We put our dishes in there and put the pod in but was not getting the dishes cleaned. We just hand washed them which was not a problem. I have nothing negative to say the resort was great!

Everything was as good as it gets. Can't beat it if you try. I wish I could have stayed another week.

Great location for an Orlando and theme park visit, near highway, restaurants and a Walmart. Spacious for a family of 5 (one child slept on couch bed). Kitchen has the basic tools for cooking. Two pools with life jackets for children of all sizes. No kiddie pool but there are water slides and an area for children to splash around. Tennis courts, miniature golf and other activities for children (did not use).

Kitchen without basic necessities such as cooking oil, salt and spices. Access to most of the rooms require stairs, difficult with heavy luggage but for a long stay in Orlando is quite reasonable for the price.

We love the rooms and the pools. Staff was quick to help with anything we needed. Very comfy. Second visit and will continue to stay there.

Pool closes early the first several nights. Smoke alarms kept going off. Had a drug dealer downstairs from us who kept giving us code phrases to try and sell us drugs and walked around very high saying random things with our kids outside. That was the last couple days they were there and last day that they were trying to sell of drugs. Not right under us. They were downstairs in the ones to the right of us. Didn't ruin our stay but scared me as we were packing to leave. Also we miss the movie by the pool!! Oh and balcony fan and light wouldn't work at times.

The staff and overall experience were excellent. They were extremely helpful and friendly and understanding. We ended up staying at the resort with a tropical storm out in the gulf, which brought a lot of bad weather. So on the day we had to check out, the office staff was extremely understanding and had no issues working with us and allowing us to check out much later than the initial check out time, because of the weather. The resort as a whole and the amenities are great value for the cost. Great for families!

The only issues I had were that parking was just enough and that there were no elevators to the building that I stayed in. So staying on the third floor with two young children and having to get them up the stairs safely in the rain with all the luggage was a struggle and pretty worrisome.

The staff members were notably friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The well-equipped kitchen in the apartment was a highlight, featuring plenty of facilities and dining tools, making it easy to prepare meals. The hotel's pool and jacuzzi were also enjoyable amenities, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.

There was a minor inconvenience upon arrival as our room was not ready as planned. Nevertheless, the receptionist promptly assisted us in finding an alternative room, albeit with a slight delay.

The top floor had beautiful amounts of natural light from the skylights. Unfortunately during our stay we were jam packed with activities and (weather was rainy) so we didn't get to enjoy the amenities. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful,. Extremely friendly people. The rooms had Everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The swan folded towels and washer/dryer, laundry detergent, complimentary coffee, and goody box were the perfect touch of convenience and comfort. Will definitely book again ❤️ Location to local restaurants, grocery, gift shops we're all within walking distance and travel to and from Disney was easy.
