Location was across from convention center which is why I was there . Was able to have meetings and be close to the convention .

Room was very clean but is older style - and AC was hard to control it couldn’t run on fan only .it would turn on for cool but not for air only .

The property is great. Could use more gates not to allow just anyone off streets from back roads considering me,my grandkids and daughter almost got run over by some idiot doing a speed around front entrance that was as totally unnecessary heart stopping having to push your babies out of the way. Security locked at cameras and said just some random person off streets. You should be able to enjoy the property not worry about your life. They acted like they could care less but we still had a good time there. Just sad on their Part!

How people off the streets can enter from one side but they have gates everywhere else to stop you. Need a gate on that side street

We were having a team pizza supper & no tables available in lobby area as others were doing the same. We used an UNUSED counter for our food & the couches to eat. We were told by staff that the manager saw us on camera & had him request us to move as it was not an area to gather! Were told new guests were coming in & didn't need to see us there & it wouldn't be available for them to use if needed. Um, we were paying guests! Felt rude & not worth making an issue of for 1.5 hr of time. Felt unimportant to staff.

I like that it’s 15 min from the airport, it was helpful that there is a Walgreens right across the street and also places inside the hotel itself. The room was nice, beds comfy and well maintained

I didn’t like that I had to pay extra to park my car in their garage. I thought that was weird, not to mention it was $28 for one night. In addition there was an additional deposit after paying what was listed in booking.com. Might be helpful in the future to make sure folks using booking.com know that the property requires additional deposits and parking fees so they understand fully the actual cost of the room. Before knowing these it was under $200 afterwards, it was much over that.

The rooms were clean, and a great location. Booking was easy, valet($40 Daily) self park and day visitor ($28) parking and bellboy (work on tips) is available. There are several restaurants, shopes, bars, and places to buy food, snacks, clothes etc. Close proximity to downtown Orlando, SeaWorld, Disney world.

The rooms have sensored A/C, this is absolutely horrible. Once you go to bed The A/C will turn off making the room extremely stuffy and hot. I had to find a video online on how to adjust it so it did not turn off while sleeping. The pricing for the valet is expensive. The rooms would be nicer with microwave and and improved lighting in the bathroom. It would be nice if they have a breakfast included such as continental.

My husband and I came for our 30th wedding anniversary and this was the PERFECT spot to celebrate. Everywhere we looked and visited was just beautiful. The staff is SECOND TO NONE! Every single person was not only pleasant, but was truly friendly and caring. They seemed to enjoy their job which is not something you see in today's society. There had been a hurricane, so there were many evacuees at the hotel as well as the lineman from OUC. Each and every person I spoke to said they were being treated like family and were very well taken care of. There were also dogs galore throughout the hotel because they had also evacuated. This is a pet friendly hotel, however the Rosen Centre takes it to a new level. As a result, the dogs were all very well behaved and there was not a single bit of evidence that there were that many (at least 200) dogs in residence. The entire facility was still clean and smelled beautiful. One of our favorite things about the Rosen Centre was the decor. It was obviously very well thought out and was designed with care and great forethought. The amount of detail poured into this lovely hotel was a wonder. We especially loved the multiple alcoves with their personalized tables and chairs; making them look like they were planned specifically for your family. The fixtures and color palette are pleasing to the eye and a wonderful surprise to the senses. My husband also really enjoyed the magazine in our room all about Mr. Rosen. It was so interesting and really gave us a sense of the man behind the empire. We WILL be back and can't wait for the next adventure. Thank you for a spectacular stay.

If I were to make any sort of "con" about the hotel, it would be that the food and "convenience store" located within the beautiful hotel are a bit expensive. However, there are enough restaurants within walking distance (Denny's, McDonald's, IHOP, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins) as well as a CVS if they fit your family's budget better. Also, You do have to pay for parking and it is charged per day. $40/day for Valet and $28/day for self parking. I appreciated that there is no resort fee, but I think parking should also be free or charged once, not daily.

The front desk associate Miss Love was amazing, she greeted me with a beautiful smile and great attitude. Having stayed at other Rosen properties i must say this was above all the rest hands down.

The only complaint I have is that they use all available parking spaces in front of the hotel for valet parking. This made it difficult to park and check in, I approached the first security check point and was never asked anything they opened the gate I drove around to another check point where I was asked if I had received a card with a QR code, I explained that I was trying to park so that I could check in. The associate was very understanding and allowed me to park in the garage and gave me a card and explained as to what needed to be done after checking in.

Beautiful facility. Large rooms. Great bars and heated pool. The tubs are nice.

Poor attitudes from the front desk. One lady complained out loud about a line forming, mind you it was NYE weekend and there were only 4 of us in line. Both women had bad attitudes. Our server was sweet at the middle lounge, but she made it obvious she was ready to go. We had to hunt her down whenever we needed anything. We still left a good tip, though. The rooms were a little dirty. There was left over garbage and peanuts around the carpet. We usually stay at the Rosen Plaza and wanted to give this one a try. I don't think we'll be back.

The view from my room was of the pool. It was a great view and a great location. The room was much nicer than I expected. The bathroom was bigger than I expected too. Customer service from the concierge was the best that I have ever experienced.

I really would have liked to stay in my room for two more hours before my flight. When I asked at the front desk, her response was, "We have 700 guests checking out today." I think should could have said no in a better way. She could have said, "I wish I could make that accommodation, but we simply can't." I was at the hotel for 5 days and this was my first time to stay at the Rosen Centre. I ended up changing clothes before my flight in the lobby bathroom.

It was a nice clean room and great location for the conference centre.

The staff at reception were quite rude and dismissive when checking in. I also booked a King room and was given a Queen, the staff were not interested when I complained about this. Shower power was poor but was warm.
