Beverly, at the front desk, was beyond amazing. She navigated our 3 room booking with 9 women with such grace. Even when booking.com put my first name as my last name, she figured it all out. The property is pristine, quiet and close to everything you could ever need in St. Augustine. I always recommend a deep dive into their history.

My only complaint are the pillows. This is just my personal opinion and preference, but they were entirely too soft with no support. Outside of that, zero complaints.

The location is excellent. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The bathroom has sufficient lighting with good water pressure in the shower. The room was a good size with good storage.. We will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and one of those days the room was not cleaned very well, hair in the shower and on the floor, but the other 3 days it was spotless.

Our room had a view of the water. 2nd floor. Close to Hotel lobby, pool and restaurant. The hotel was within walking distance of stores, fort, restaurants, churches, Flager College and Lightner Museum. Beautiful beach was an easy 13 min. car trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper, Aurora, was the BEST!

Beds were very comfortable. Love the room bathroom. Staff were so nice. The best meal we had during our entire week. Vacation was at this hotel.

We wish we could’ve used the hot tub, but you had to go out the hotel front entrance and back again into the pool area…. So we didn’t.

The property was well kept and beautiful, lived the accommodations.

The shower door came off the track on Friday morning and I am claustrophobic, there was panic and complete hysteria for a minute until my husband could get me out. We told the front desk on our way out but never received an update regarding the situation.

My favorite thing is how old the hotel look. You definitely get the historic feel when you see the place. Everything was set up perfectly. Location was absolutely amazing it was right there on water view and able to be right in town. My family really loved it

Everything was absolutely wonderful: • Location: Close to tourist attractions, as the hotel is located in the center. • Cleanliness: Excellent. • Breakfast: Very delicious and amazing, with an Arabic chef. • Staff: Friendly and helpful.

However, the price is insanely high.

Had a balcony room facing the bay, the view was spectacular. The location could not be better

Was not pleased with the parking situation but I guess the location limits parking. The bed was uncomfortable resulting in a back ache each morning. The heating/cooling was not working well resulting in some hot nights

Perfect location. Food and staff wonderful. Starbucks downstairs opens at 7 a plus for us. We’re morning peeps. City doesn’t start waking until 10 ish. We will be back yearly!!

Small ants in our bathroom was the only dislike.

Staff and location were excellent. View was excellent and as described. Room and bathroom were meticulously clean (thank you!). A bit expensive in my opinion, but met my needs this trip. The lady in the Starbucks was SO NICE!

A/C was sporadic. Curtains require attention, I wasn't entirely sure if they were supposed to cover the windows or not because they weren't quite on the tracks the right way. Important only because that's the sunrise side of the building....
