There was a storm and the power was out for the entire night. I don’t understood why a hotel wouldn’t have a generator. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. However, the night clerk was very hospitable in giving us bottled water and the breakfast was decent considering the short amount of time to prepare once power was restored.

The breakfast was delicious and we had everything we needed. FYI the biscuit gravy was wonderful. The dining area was very clean and well kept up... very impressed with the upkeep of that area.

The only inconvenience was having the main elevator out of service at the time... but even that was no big deal because we understand that maintenance just needs to happen.

we stayed here for one night on our way to Clarkesville for a holiday rental check in. Our flight was delayed so when I called to advise we would be really late in arriving the amazing receptionists stayed on to allow our booking to go through otherwise we would have missed check in. somewhere to pout our head down after a long flight and a great breakfast the next morning perfect for what we needed

The hotel room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very old and worn. Both beds in my room had a big crater in the middle of the bed where they were worn out.

The location was convenient. Loved the corner room. The size of the bathroom was awesome!!

The bed was too firm. The breakfast could have used a few more hot options. Not everyone likes cheese in the eggs/omelet.

Breakfast could use a little attention. A lot of stuff was out when we got there. A group of people sitting outside across street from pool were a little unnerving. Several chairs at pool broken.

Price was too high. Breakfast could have been better

The property was close to our family event. It has eateries and shopping close by; right off the highway…easy off/on.

value-its the only decent hotel in the area & I feel they are overcharging. If they want to charge $200/night, they need to upgrade (rust marks in bathroom, peeling faux-leather on desk chair, ice buildup on freezer)
