Reasonable and great location for a person traveling through Utah. Consistent with Motel 6 standards.

There were very loud people in the adjoining room. I called to ask to change room. Instead, front desk called next door to ask them to quiet down, but that made them angry and spiteful. I could hear them mocking me and I was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel safe. I called front desk again and luckily they moved me to another room so I could sleep.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay in the Ogden area. The Motel 6 on 21st was the cheapest place I could find on booking.com but had a good rating. The clerk noticed my husband's limp and tried to accommodate him. The room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was not available as noted on the website, but I took breakfast foods that I could store in the refrigerator and heat in the microwave.

It was a super location with a gas station, Denny’s and lots of places to walk our dog. There was even a laundromat near by and EV stations if needed. Manager was kind and found us a room to work for my husband who is in a wheelchair ( original request wasn’t there Booking.com!). It’s a basic hotel, no frills but worked great for a mid stop on a 18 hr drive.

Value, I travelled many places in the past few weeks and this was a bargain rate. There was no hair dryer or coffee service, but those are not important to me. The pool is not in service, which I would have used.

My deadbolt didn't latch, but the clerk fixed it within a few minutes. He solved this issue pleasantly and courteously.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly staff and was told that if I have any concerns during my stay, they will gladly assist me and make things right... Clean and comfortable rooms.

I had absolutely no issues what so ever. Clean and friendly motel. Location was perfect as it was very easy to get back on the main road to continue my road trip. Everything was good. I would rate this motel at a 10.

We were in Room 106 this time and unfortunately, I had some ants by the sink. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect.We love staying here.We always stay here.This is the only motel we will stay up.Thank you Raj, His wife and especially Linda.

Like most Motel 6's a basic hotel room with the bare minimum of equipment. But pricing ok, we had a quiet room and was adequate for an overnight stay. Good laundry available and close to a great Western bar.

Not much around motel other than Bar, major facilities about 2-3 miles away.

They were very polite. My reservation was ready my room was ready at time of check in

I'm still waiting to get back my deposit l think I you should get back the deposit at time of check out but I believe I'll get it back soon as it has only been one working day since I checked out

Shermon was very polite and professional when we were checking us in. Even the lady who checked us out was nice and polite as well.

No extra bath chair for my mother, who is disabled. I understand it is something that hotels do not think of getting extra of, but it would be nice if they had it for her to use, while taking her shower.

Hotel was great. Staff was good with me, even during my melt down!

Not property related but when I booked the room I chose the option of pay now. Paid for the room and when I arrived Booking.com had it marked pay on arrival and I had to pay. I am getting my bank records to dispute it.
