Lovely hotel, comfortable and the front end staff very helpful. Perfect location for hiking trips.

I left my AirPods in the room (I could see the location of the headphones on my phone) and after not receiving any messages back via email or messages via Booking.com I had to call the hotel a few times which was quite expensive because of it being a international call for me. First I called a number that I found on the reservation that directed me to an old employee. Next I called the reception but was transferred to the housekeeping teams voice mail which I left my message on. I called the 3rd time and this is when I managed to confirm my headphones are at the property and that I can pick them up .It all worked out in the end, I only just wished the staff read messages sent to them so we could have resolved it that way much sooner and cheeper.

We were looking for a spot in Claremont and so the location was perfect. Very pretty grounds. The pool was nice (and empty in the early hours!). Overall the staff and site had a friendly, laid back vibe. The room service breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed cocktails in the courtyard one evening, too.

Room was a bit small, and sliding door into bathroom was a little awkward and got stuck. The breakfast room service we ordered took a bit of time to arrive, thought it was tasty when it did!

Well unfortunately I could not truly enjoy the room service. Met the family for dinner Friday night that evening I had a terrible tooth ache that lasted right through the next three days until I could go to a dentist. So my visit wasn't relaxing one. The pool area looked very inviting. The courtyard looked nice also. Maybe next time I could take advantage of your amenities.

The long wait to check in was a little long. But they gave us a cookie.

The grounds were well taken care of and the pool area was clean. The restaurant was wonderful and we ate there both mornings for breakfast. The restaurant staff were amazing! The room was clean and spacious.

If I can think of something it might be the directions to the room after checking in. There are a few different buildings for the property and signage could be improved to let you know where to go. A map might also be helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the courtyard, pool area and restaurant. We were travelling in a multi generational family group and this hotel really suited us, I am glad we picked it. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and kind during our breakfasts at the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained.

Close to the Claremont colleges. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary cookie upon check in is a nice touch.

Laundry and housekeeping only comes every 2 days. Had to keep reminding staff to add conditioner and provide coffee capsules. Overnight parking can get quite full.

I stayed there the night before my wedding and on my wedding night. The day of the wedding we had makeup artists, hair stylists and photographers. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed them to come into my room with no issue. The night before my wedding I relaxed in the spa. The staff took care of me and my husband. It was one less stress.

the room cleaning services were not very good. also I needed assistance from the reception and they were not very helpful

Room good size...spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice views out to garden, balcony... greenery... Breakfast buffet was good quality and plentiful!!

Not more expensive than other comparable hotels, but nonetheless... hotels are pricey in USA/California!! Sound travels... easily hear noise from hallway, and unfortunately person above us who woke up and showered at 5am...ugh.

Love Claremont. Two nt/three day stay. Great location! Friendly front desk staff. Not perfect but I absolutely will stay there again...and will book it again for Spring trip. Pretty lobby Christmas tree and decorations!🎄🦌🎅

Room/housekeeping service... replenishment of towels in particular took over an hour wait time. Maybe there is a staff shortage. Like most hotels they do not clean daily.
