We loved how easy it was to check in and out. We arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check in time and they were able to accommodate us.

The hotel is now modern but the TV could use a revamp, not the TV itself but the service. I've been to other hotels that are definitely not as nice as this one but I was able to watch netflix/hulu on those. Maybe it's just my preference.

I am concerned that I was unaware that this was used as a homeless shelter during the pandemic. Although it felt clean, after finding this out I began to question: did they get new mattresses? Did they use bleach after this returned to a hotel?

The value of the room, cleanliness, and the location.

When we were checking in, the two rooms I had booked were on two different names. I only provided my name and the receptionist didn't even bother to see if there was another room. She simply refused to see it and asked me to call Booking.com. I provided another name after seeing the booking. This is not a great experience for people checking in after a long journey. The receptionist is responsible for making sure to ask if there is another guest's name on the booking. In-room # 219, the bathroom door was tight and my friend got locked in.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and quiet. Everything we needed for our 2 nights. Nice complimentary DryBar toiletries - an unexpected and very nice surprise.

While the staff was nice, the hotel was very understaffed, and check in took too long. Parking feels a bit unsafe, especially at night. Lastly, the sheets were a bit scratchy and we weren't informed about breakfast/other complimentary items at check in. That was a bummer.

Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Someone was always available in lobby when I needed anything. Has a bar in lobby and breakfast area. Great location near plenty restaurants and gas stations. Easy to find.

Only mishap was ice machine down but that happens sometimes everywhere.

Location was good from the perspective of being in central Silicon Valley, if you have a car. As a visitor without a car, then options were rather limited, although there were shops and some restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel was rather basic, but very clean and the staff were universally excellent and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with an enormous TV, if that's important to you! Tea and coffee machine in the room, which was good.

I thought it was a little expensive for what it was, although this is Silicon Valley. The food was poor. Breakfast was tolerable, but the one dinner I had there was just bad. Avoid. Really need a car or be ready for lots of cabs.

The hotel was modern and very clean. Had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Two comfy king beds and a shower with nice Dry Bar toiletries. Central location to a lot of South Bay neighborhoods.

Parking was an additional charge. Many breakfast items ran out by the time we got downstairs (9am).

Everything was good, the room, the bed, the pillows , the food and the drinks. We had Korean tacos and wings for dinner and they were so good! For breakfast, we ate waffles and a burrito and they were very good! As far as the drinks, the mango sangria was amazing! We very much enjoyed the pool table and the bar. Pool looked good as well!

We missed things at breakfast. There was no butter nor jam. No cereal either. And the front desk staff was not very nice.

The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very confusing. The menu wasn’t clear with what was available and the pricing. There were no muffins or bagels. It was unclear where to pay. Someone said pay at the bar. We left and ate elsewhere.

Perfect place to stay if you have dogs and want a nice clean spot. Also, the staff were amazing and accommodating to all our needs. I had booked another location that didn’t work out and I needed an early check in. They got us right in, gave us an early check in and also let us check out late due to our circumstances. This meant a lot to me because one of our dogs has a disability and it’s very hard to travel with him. I will always stay here when I am in town, wonderful place!

The only complaint I have is the first floor rooms hear a lot of noise and an alarm went off in the building at 11:30pm at night. It was blaring and loud but it went off before we left the room, we fell right back to bed because the beds were pretty comfortable.
