It was close to the Airport. Very close to the Oakland Coliseum. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The shuttle drivers were very helpful. The bar/restaurant served really good food at a very reasonable price. The bartenders and waitresses were awesome.

It is located in a sketchy area of Oakland. I did feel very comfortable on the hotel grounds.

It's right next to the office, perfect for when I have to be there first thing in the morning for an event.

It would be helpful if the restaurant were open a bit later. I always seem to get there just as they're closing.

I really like the people who work there: Check in front desk, gate car check, cleaning crew, and security guards. Thank you all. On October 5th at checking in desk 2 great guys helped me and my wife very much. I think both were Filipino Americans. Sorry can't remember their names. But one goy looked like wrestler and the other dish the actual key stuff. Very welcoming! Jose the housekeeping supervisor was great@ .

Sometimes at night the smoke from the grass area were blown into our room 188. That did bother us with respiratory issues. But Jose the daytime housekeeping boss was super !

The hotel was so much better than the one we had stayed in a week earlier that it looked fabulous! We had a 2 queen room with lots of space. The bathroom was well arranged and everything worked as expected. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

There was a draft from a space between the door frame and the wall which let a lot of cold wind into the room. I was able to mostly stop it by arranging the curtain in the open space. I told a front desk clerk about it but he did not seem too concerned. They have some breakfast options but you pay for everything including coffee.

Room were clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised...My adult son was also pleased with the room and he is a tough sell when it comes to motels because he likes staying at super high end motels. Not saying that yours is low end but his Auntie got him spoiled. Anyway thank you for letting have a late checkout because of being out late waiting in a fast food line for 2 hours. It was much appreciated since I had 7 hours to drive home. I will definitely stay there again when we come back to do a site seeing trip and not a concert. The location to the Oakland Arena was perfect. If it had not been raining we could have walked to the concert but it is asuper easy drive too. You all were great...

The beds were a little high for me and my son. Being that I am 5'3" and older the beds were just a tad tall to get into. It was something I can live with since the room was super nice.

I like that the room was clean, the front desk staff was very helpful. I like that the hotel had shuttle service from the hotel. The room was warm.

I didn't like that they only put two wash cloths in the bathroom. It was a total of 2 people in the room. Also, the ice machine was inside the restaurant, this was a inconvenience. I didn't like that the shuttle service didn't start before 8am. I didn't like the food at the restaurant.

As a returning guest I like that the property is right near the airport.

The first time I stayed here I was in the tower. The rooms were newer. This time in stayed in the court yard and the rooms reminded me of a motel 6. Cigarette butts on the walk ways and concrete had not been cleaned in a long while. We had hair on the floor in our room. Certainly not the experience I had in June of this year. I still recommend the property because it is close to the airport, over night security at the entrance, and the staff is always friendly. Just make sure you get a room in the tower and not the court yard.

Stayed here for one night to attend the Ateez concert at the Oakland Arena. Facility was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The walk to and from Oakland Arena was very short and we (my sister and I) felt safe. Area is not the best, but I wouldn’t say it is “unsafe”. Overall, great location and decent price.

Front desk clerk was not very helpful when it came to locating our room. No hot water in shower in the room we stayed at.

Despite how it looks on the outside, the inside was clean and well kept, the staff was super friendly and there was lots of security at night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept like a baby even during the day time when I had to work night shift.

They didn’t get the memo about my late check out and housekeeping came at 10 knocking on my door and I had only been sleep a good two hours.
