My two kids and I had a wonderful time on our stay. Everything was perfect. From the time we checked in on the evening of the first with the wonderful lady at the front desk who was so accommodating and kind all the way to the the very end. Anything we needed, the staff was all so kind and friendly to always help us in any way they could, getting us fresh towels, more blankets, the front desk always greeting us as we entered the main building and the maintenance technician was friendly and always saying hello as we passed. Breakfast was wonderful and we appreciate the hard work that goes into preparing food for everyone everyday and the gal did it so well and was so kind. The hotel was great, we enjoyed the pool, the spa and the location, we had a great time being close to shopping, food and empire mine but the thing that made this hotel really great and a special stay to us were the employees and time and care they took to make sure we were comfortable, happy and well taken care of. That's what really makes a stay great, if you feel safe and comfortable away from home and the staff surely did that for us. Keep up the great work guys! We hope to see you soon!

Motel is set back from the road in spacious grounds Nice updated comfortable room Good swimming pool and hot tub although hot tub was cold on one of the days Good breakfast Hotel better than anticipated as some previous reviews referred to anti social homeless people hanging around the property but we saw nothing. The staff was excellent, helpful and polite. The bed was very comfortable.

I do have two complaints. The pool didn't open until 10 a.m. I would have liked an earlier morning swim, 8 or at least 9. The woman in charge of breakfast ignored our request to refill the breakfast bar, while chatting lazily at the front desk. The tables were dirty and the promised biscuits were missing.

Breakfast our fist morning was a big disappointment…Coffee and Every item offered for Breakfast was empty…Lady in charge when asked why… was very Grumpy and answered replacing of items is in process….many others took one look at situation and left… there was an Hour and a half left on Breakfast hours…Trash cans were overflowing…Cleanliness was Nonexistent…Quite a different situation the next morning with a different woman on duty…

The woman who checked us in and out was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the area and best route to our next location

The facility was a little dated, but was clean and quite. The location was easy to get on and off the freeway and convenient with a grocery store and shopping across the street. The grounds were landscaped nicely and the continental breakfast was nice.

THE STAFF CHARGED ME FOR A PET I DID NOT HAVE. I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK FOR A WEEK TO GET A REFUND. IT VERY FRUSTRATING AND CRAZY I HAD TO CALL SO MANY TIMES TO EXPLAIN I DIDN'T HAVE A DOG WITH ME.

The inn was pet friendly. We have an old dog we had to take with us. It had a refrigerator in the room. The room was big enough and clean. We really liked having breakfast at the inn before traveling more.

The front desk gal was exceptional in working with Booking.com. She is the reason that we stayed instead of going to another hotel. Her name is Lauren and she should be promoted for her attention to detail and many other things.

The continental breakfast was amazing.

The staff was nice but not too talkative or warm. It was all business. I like to chat a little and I didn’t feel like I could with them.

Front desk attendants were always friendly and helpful.
