I did enjoy the restaurant downstairs everyone I encountered there was friendly.

I didn’t care for relying on members of the valet team to retrieve my vehicle and park it when I moved around back-and-forth from the property. Parking should be free for guest staying on site. also, I did not care for my bed. It was hard as a rock with no cushion separating the springs and only one elevator was working.

We arrived early morning about 330am. The lady at front desk was really nice and helped us out as fast as she could. Explained everything to the T.

We liked everything, except for the older white man,not sure what he was,but he was very rude towards people that left there car unattended in the front. Some were grabbing there room keys and he just had a awful attitude. Never seen him smile or greet anyone like the front lady did. Other then that it was great.

I like there was a coffee shop in the hotel and a bar and restaurant as well. The fitness room was amazing and the valet crew was great!

The elevator was not working well. The doors would open before the floor was even with the elevator. I have a fear of heights so this really concerned me. Plus, the guest next door to me played his music extremely loud. I was surprised at how clearly I could hear his or her music.

The only good thing was the staff and the lobby areas. They were both wonderful.

Everything is severely outdated and stained and gross. The bed was super uncomfortable. The furniture is all outdated and stained as is the carpet in the hallways. The bathrooms are from the early 90’s.

Couldnt find my reservation even with conf # Charged gor incidentals and couldnt find that either. Even after listening to my bank telling them that the charge was on my card. Complete incompetant staff

Valet was great! Location of hotel was convenient for the places we had to go. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and neat.

Valet was great! Location of hotel was convenient The elevators were not fully operational for this busy time. Only one out of 3 was operating so wait times were sometimes long and then people tended to stack in so Covid risk was higher then comfortable with. The bathrooms are very small so you had to be careful of where stepping. Restaurant prices were really high! Breakfast was $40 for 2 people!!!

parking in the office building garage that the hotel tells you to park in was a flat parking fee rather than the $1 per hour i was told it would be.

I booked the room with the sitting area and it was nice but not very comfortable.

There was no ice bucket in the room and you had to download the menu to order room service. The valet attendants where wonderful but the other staff were just there working. there is no one to give you directions and the signs aren’t clear. you can only go up one side to certain floors and the other on the other side. Not-clear directions

The hotel was beautiful walking in, going through the elevators getting on our floor hotel still was beautiful. The room was very spacious, bed was very cozy and comfy.

The parking situation could have been explained a little better. We stayed for 2 nights and parked at the parking garage across the street no knowing that we could’ve parked at the hotel’s garage.
