The hotel was nice, but the clerk (I think her name was megan) that was on duty the day I checked in was EXCELLENT. When an issue arose later that evening with the accommodations, she excelled in customer service and saved the day. Or, the night to be more accurate. Employees like her, who go above and beyond, are what makes any establishment successful.

The security on first floor that the check in lady gave me. She went above her job for me. The room was cozy, and I felt comfortable. I was surprised how quiet it was. That was nice.

The sink in the bathroom was insane. It exploded with water, lol. Needless to say I had to change my outfit. The TV chair area was a bit of an odd placement.

Comfortable bed & pillows, good towels, great water pressure….great location & good price. The facility could benefit from new carpet & general freshening up. So-so breakfast. But I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, it was near to food and a Walmart and all the historical stuff we love. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and even gave us recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable!

The staff worked very hard to get us in our room early. We were going to the pickel festival up the road and they were very helpful to get us in early. Thank you so much 💓

The only problem we had was the pillows. We always bring our own whenever we stay at a hotel. Thank God we did because we would have gone out back to Walmart for new ones.

Location was excellent. Staff was great. Very kind and courteous. Bed was amazing, I slept exceptionally well. Price was good. I felt at home at the Sleep Inn

The Hotel could use some up keep. Maybe some deep cleaning.

Having a safe friendly place to stay with my pet. They are very kind to pets. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. One of the staff members her name was Empress was exceptional at greeting us and making sure we were taking care of.

I have no complaints.

Traveling from upstate New York to North Carolina stoped half way this location was perfect a nice breakfast good variety nice to see employee kept everything clean and filled

Easy check in, elevator could be a little cleaner carpet needs cleaning and rooms painted but rooms where clean

Location close to 81. Room clean and quiet. Close to food and gas. Loved the shower stalls. Staff was accommodating. I asked about staying back at this hotel on our return trip and was told to call from the road, give the information that we had stayed on Sunday. 7/31, and our information would be pulled up to confirm the reservation. That's a plus when one is traveling unknown roads.

I prefer a firmer bed, but was so tired from the drive, I hit the bed and slept for four hours.

Location to other shopping venues.

The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the pool was down for maintenance but the website didn’t say anything to this effect. We booked this site with the intentions to have our young child swim while visiting.
