I loved that you have smoking rooms.!!!!!

The bed wasn't comfortable. There was no non slip mat in the bathtub and It was slick and I fell, bruising my left knee and shin. There were clothes from other renters hanging on the inside of the bathroom door

I especially enjoyed the breakfast hot food with great choices. I had no issues with receiving towels which is always a big request and they gave me plenty with a smile on their face, my key card stop working and I had no problems communicating with the desk clerk, everyone's attitudes were great and friendly, I would go back.

Its just time upgrade the carpets and maybe paint a little bit. Just a little bit of TLC. My mattress was just a little lumpy but not so bad that I had to complain I slept well.

Location and pool. The night manager was exceptional.

The first room we checked into had a wad of hair on the bed, pillows were askew and there was a small suitcase in the bathroom. We showed a picture to the night manager and she immediately gave us another room.

The queen size bed was my favourite of all. The sheets, comforter and pillows were clean and fresh! The bed was a dream to sleep in. The full breakfast was very good. It would have been better with some fresh fruit 😔

The TV was nice for the size but was annoying not being able to find the menu to show what is on the channels. Didn’t like that I was put into a handicap room. However, I did notice a lot of the rooms being renovated and painted so perhaps that is why a got a handicap room?

Property and facilities were good. The room was clean and good for the value. Close to many restaurants with Walmart located just across the street. Staff was anazing.

Breakfast menu and items are in need of an upgrade. My choice for choosing a hotel is always due to the free breakfast option. Not to mention having a great breakfast places a wonderful start to a day especially when traveling.

Robin at the front desk was really nice and accommodating because I had younger children. I appreciated that. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Overall peacful

I had an adjoining room and could hear my neighbors very easily. Fortunately they weren't loud or disruptive. The chair in my room needs to be thrown away. It was old, very dirty and worn in appearance. The carpet also needs replacing. Those things made the room feel and appear unclean. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable. Definitely overpriced.

The hotel was very close to everything. It’s just a short drive to the beach, and just a couple of minutes to restaurants and any store you might need. The staff was friendly and professional.

There really isn’t anything to not like.

The room had great toiletries etc including an iron/ironing board, was very clean and spacious

Having to show our room key made us feel like second class citizens, the office chair in the room had a broken back and the sofa could use a good cleaning

The location was perfect location between things to do, grabbing food, or just going to the beach.

Nothing to do with property or staff, just a few drunk customers being noisy and knocking on our door.

It was near the highway and it was decent

Very old and rusty appliances. First room we received was a bit concerning because when we got there the door was left halfway open. We later figured out the lock didn’t work. The tv remote was missing the back to it. So we requested another room that locked as we are traveling and concerned for our safety.
