It was very nice looking. We liked that the ice machine was located right next to the elevator.

The road to turn to get to the property was hard to see at night. It was not lit up or anything. The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs looked like instant or something, but not real scrambled eggs. They had sausage, two kinds of cereal, mini muffins, white bread for toast, packages of instant oatmeal, and a waffle machine. I think they did have some kind of yogurt in a refrigerator. No bagels No one was cleaning off the tables in the dining room, some tables were dirty. There wasn’t much coffee left; one machine was empty, and when we were down there around 730-7:45, it wasn’t very busy. They just didn’t seem to be concerned about taking care of things.

Location of the hotel was perfect with many popular attractions nearby. Easily to walk to places of interest. Right down the road is Walmart and a shopping district is nearby as well. Sams Club is even closer.

Wasn't too happy about the cost to stay here. Facilities are okay but not bad for a 3-star location. Would I choose here again. Probably so because the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was close to shopping centers and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet, no noice at all. Room was pleasant and smelled freshly cleaned. Front desk attendant was very polite and helpful..

The air conditioning system was not staying on long enough during the night to keep the room cool. Tossed and turned all night because the room was hot. The unit would come on and go off after a minute, just maybe a minute.

Always love to stay here. Only thing that's a disappointment is....the rooms are barely clean. The top blanket is always dirty. The floors un kept. Bathroom not really cleaned. BUT I love that is very quiet, the front desk attendees are so nice. And it's an affordable get away for me. So I just tidy the room myself. Which isn't the way it's supposed to be but what can you say? How do you say your house keeping sucks in a nice way? ......I deal

The location and food were spot on. The room was a nice size and love that it had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed slept very good and the hotel was very clean. However, the bathroom needs touching up and the room wasn't worth the weekend cost. I appreciate the overnight stay but if I stayed again, it would have to be during the week for a lower cost than on the weekend. Check-in process was easy since I had a reservation. I love that it was close to I-10 and it didn't take long to go any other places that I needed.

The desk attendant was friendly-enough but customer service could have been better. The individual's attitude about whatever was going on internally poured out externally and I really didn't feel welcome to be there. I was glad that it was only for one night because the same service/attitude was carried over at check-out time. There was no express key return box to put key when you're checking out, so had to wait for someone to come to the desk to turn in room key. It would be helpful to have an express key return box especially when people might leave earlier than regular checkout time.

The staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk was friendly. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

There were kids being pretty noisy in a nearby room. It’s not a deal breaker but definitely would have enjoyed it a little more if it were quiet. We also could not enter from the side doors.

I was one of the first customers years ago when this location opened. Every time we are in the area we stay a this location. The hotel is ALWAYS CLEAN and Comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel off the Hwy is confessing and unnecessary. It was dark when we arrived and we had to go past the hotel down the street to turn around so we could enter the parking lot for the hotel. A giant crack was in the middle of the driveway to the entrance.

I had a good night's sleep, nice clean facility, everything in the room worked. It smelled really good. The shower was so awesome. The water felt so soft. I enjoyed how friendly the clerk, Alexis, was. She made our stay very comfortable.

Our key was deactivated somehow, but I am glad that the guy at the desk worked swiftly to resolve the problem. I didn't like that it was a real task getting into the property, because of the way that the road was made.

Staff who checked me in was phenomenally nice! She was welcoming and made us feel safe.

My shower had hand prints on the wall as if someone had been spread eagle. Shower surround itself showed slight mildewing. Entering my room the bed spread looked dingy the carpet had a little smell in it.

Everything the place ,the staff, the bed the pillos they where so soft me and my daughter really enjoyed our stay there I had great birthday and mother's day the pas weekend
