Breakfast was a good assortment and out on time. Everything was clean.

The bathroom felt like an institution and not a hotel bathroom. The building was older. The pool wasn’t warm enough to enjoy. The banana muffins put out had some still ice cold.

The place was excellently furnished and the staffs there were so customer's oriented and should keep it up always and show kindness to everyone

I like everything about the place except that. My roomctgʻctť the microwave oven was not functioning and suggests that if they could create a canteen or restaurant

The checkin was lengthy, but the room we got was good- quiet and comfortable. Liked having a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. I enjoyed the morning breakfast with omelets, sausage and hot waffle maker.

The manager did not accept my Hilton Honors membership card which entitles guests to free parking since I booked through a 3rd party - Booking.com. That’s awful. However I had called in advance and spoke to someone about my stay to attend a funeral and he said parking fee was free for Hilton Honors. I asked her to check on the note he left and she acquiesced to waive the $10. charge. Also, there was no hair dryer in our room. We called the front desk and they sent up an older model which had very low power. Did not completely dry my hair before I had to leave. They need to update their appliance.

Hotel was clean & conveniently located for our visit. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Pool was small. A large group of people, possibly family or friends of management, were using pool in the evening. They "reserved" every seating area with their shoes & towels and seemed disturbed by our grandchildren who were actually swimming, rather than just lounging in the pool.

Starting with check in was a breeze with Kaitlyn Young and Kristina at front, breakfast delicious and worm variety of foods well cook and prepared, forgot the name of the Spanish lady refilling food but she's very nice friendly, swim pool clean, room very clean beds comfortable and pillows the best, definitely recommend it.

The only thing didn't like is to pay $10.00 for parking.

flood in next room , went out to hall, slippery and smelled, but able to change room easily , sometimes you can smell garbage dump nearby, would be nice to sit outside table chairs and umbrella

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles station.

The a/c could only be set to 65° which for most people would probably be sufficient, but the room wasn't cool enough at night, but otherwise it was okay.

We were checked in by two exceptional people at the registration desk, both named Christina. They made sure we knew everything we needed to know and felt welcome; they also helped us out when we realized my son had left his toothbrush at home by providing not only a new toothbrush, but toothpaste and mouthwash too.

Rooms were outstanding very clean and service was polite. Christina at the front desk, what a girl. Polite sweet knew what she was talking about and made any and all requests worth coming to this Hampton inn more then commack. Excellent employee to have representing Hilton/Hampton

Staff was helpful and friendly. I found some problem in the room upon entering. Which was solved very quickly on request.

Breakfast items should be mentioned seperate as vegan friendly or not. I eat only halal or vegan food but accidentally ate omelet that had ham in it but was not mentioned.
