The staff was amazing! My flight arrived super early even after the hour drive from DTW. I got to the hotel around 10am. I was exhausted from getting up at 3am for the flight. The manager went out of her way to let me check in early. The rooms were clean and the hotel had been updated with walk-in showers instead of bathtubs which I prefer. The location was perfect for my workshop I was teaching. There was a very nice grocery store nearby and excellent restaurants across the parking lot, and in the area you could walk to. It was comfortable and quiet for my 2-night stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were so sweet. Our keys for our original room did not work as soon as we got there and she felt so bad she upgraded our room for no charge. Completely accommodating.

The shower in room 301 takes foreeeeeevvveeerrrr to heat up lol. But it does heat up and the room was perfect. Super clean and had everything we needed.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean, spacious.

House keeping coming to knock on my door after a full night shift while I had a do not disturb sign on the door. Check in the guy was literally just sitting around with at least 5 patrons just waiting on him.

Pool hours did not begin until noon, advertised as opening at 9am. Pool not heated. Free breakfast hours were shorter than advertised. Lucky we are early birds; another group was out of luck.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the toilet handle stuck a couple of times but worked overall.

The breakfast was lacking, but my kids ate cereal, so they were fine.

It was easy access from the highway.

The roundabout was a bit confusing. We ended up in Bob Evans parking lot. Door knobs was very loose to the bathroom. I thought we might get locked in there with no door handle.

Dee Dee one of the staff was exceptional. She treated my 94 year old mother like she was her own family. She went above and beyond very impressive.

I didn't like the channel guide and the hard to work remote.

The location was easy to access. We did experience an issue in the first room but the front desk quickly and our room and apogolized for the inconvenience. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and fully stocked. Enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it.

We stayed the night before the total eclipse...so the place was fully booked. It was surprisingly quiet, and the room was comfortable.

Hotel pillows seem to keep getting smaller. I wish I had brought one from home.

the location was easy to get to! the pool was nice for our kids to enjoy, the beds were comfortable and we liked that their were multiple pillows for each of us! the room was also clean

most of the breakfast items were gone before the end of breakfast hours, the cups were out a lot for the juice and the space was so small there wasn’t enough room to get your food and sit to eat or even move around, we ended up just going to bob evans for breakfast bc we didn’t really get to eat anything
