The room was clean and bed was comfortable would recommend this hotel to people

Just an overnight stay for my daughter & myself this time but this is our usual place we stay when in the Cleveland area when it’s just 2 of us. We’ve been coming every 6 months for Cleveland Clinic check ups for the past 10 years. I noticed this time the pool was filled in & it’s still sad they no longer have the great breakfast they used to have pre-covid but it’s clean, comfortable, a great room lay out(we always get the 2 bedroom) & compared to other hotels in the area the best price for a little “apartment” style room. It’s also pretty quiet even being right by 71 & it’s easy to get on 71 taking us directly to Cleveland in 15-20 minutes.

Nothing really this time…it was all good. The night clerk wasn’t friendly but he also wasn’t rude..so no complaints.

The facility was fine, A.C was adequate at best.

I do not appreciate finding out there was a 100.00 deposit after I had booked the room. Only finding this information after confirmation was sent. We were there for 7 hours, 2 showers and didn't use the kitchenette. Very disappointed with this surprise fee. I'll let you know after this has been refunded. I think this is a ploy for people to forget about the money. When I signed in, I said I had paid already. They acted as if they didn't quite understand, they said the card was to confirm, then I was told it was a deposit. Not acceptable business practice.

I didnt like that I came to check in and spray it with Lysol. I left back out to allow for it to dry. I opened all the doors inside, but when I returned they were shut again which means someone entered the room again. I also noti.ced that it sounded like everytimw we left out someone in the unit next door was at the peephole looking out at us. This was very creepy to me. .Other than that the stay was a pleasant one.

The cleanliness and the apartment feel of the rooms

I didn't like that when I booked the room online it didn't say anything about needing $100 deposit when I got to the room. And that was a hassle because I only had it in cash and didn't have it on the card and had to get money put on my card and I couldn't transfer money from my bank account and it was a nightmare to get the money finally attached to the card

Quiet, not crowded during the week. Coffee and tea always available downstairs. Rooms and beds are all large and comfortable.

Some room appliances starting to show their age but nothing egregious considering it's an extended stay hotel.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, clean, good size - all the essentials were there. The location was excellent for my purposes, as I was visiting people in multiple cities in the area - Parma, Fairview Park, Avon Lake, Medina.

I was not in favor of the small single-serving coffee maker. The coffee was weak, and not enough coffee for my usual intake. I actually went to Walmart and bought a cheap 5 cup coffee maker so that I could have the type of coffee I liked. Not a major issue, but it was something that I wasn't happy with.

issues with kitchen. Sink was leaking and also the fridge. the door relocked before you could enter the room. Great having the laundry room but many of the machines were broken.

It was a good location and very quiet. Nice place-- would stay again

No actual breakfast -- and bathrooms need to be stocked better

The bed is firm and very comfortable. I was able to sleep better. Most hotel beds are too soft.

No swimming pool. I understand that it was near the airport.
