I have been to many hotels in my life... I have to say that this Hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in. I was not too sure about the location (near a mall) before I selected it but I wanted to give it a try. I have to say that I'm very happy I did. The staff/breakfast/cleanliness/quite at night/ was exceptional. The staff reached out daily by text to make sure everything was great...And it was...thanks for such a wonderful stay while visiting family at Christmas. I will surely stay again!

Convenient location for the purpose of our trip. Close to many shopping centers and food! Pool was clean & quiet during our visit. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was helpful, prompt &friendly. Soaps provided were excellent, I wish they were for purchase!

Bed was unexpectedly hard & my personal opinion, not enough pillows. The pillows provided were not firm but floppy. The usb outlet on one side of the bed was not functional.

The pool was amazing and the staff was awesome and it was close to the mall and restaurants

This motel is the best I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at several motels and is at the top and the bestest motel ever

Every detail was well thought out. The walk in shower was great and furniture arrangements were great. Both were different than you would find in most hotels! Staff was incredible!

Room temperature wasn’t steady. We were cold then hot. But really, that’s not uncommon for hotels.

Our room was not ready for us so they upgraded us witch was a plus, Very clean, good breakfast! Very nice people! We are going to Myrtle Beach in April and staying in the Hampton!

Issue with people next door fighting and it took them several hours to deal with the issue. I had to go to the clerk twice.

Highly recommended for any purpose. The rooms are comfortable, cosy, and extremely clean. The shower was great. Very good area with many optional restaurants and nice shopping center. The service was extremely helpful. Breakfast is more than you can ask for and the free tea and coffee was very pleasant. I loved it! Extraordinary stay!

Breakfast and location were excellent.

The bed was poorly made. The door of the bathroom doubled as a closet door with no lock. The plug in the bathroom didn't work.

Front Desk Staff was excellent Property was very clean I don’t eat when I get up so I didn’t eat the breakfast I liked the gym Would love a hot tub

A/C unit vent is not adjustable. Made me very uncomfortable when it came on. But we definitely needed the air on. Just no way to adjust the direction, I got a pain in my shoulder from it.
