So all the previous reviews were kinda meeeeh and had me worried! My check in was smooth. My room was VERY clean. I got a king suite and it was larger than most that I've stayed in at other places. Bed area, couch seating with coffee table but also has two other tables with seating areas! TV/cable very easy to operate. Wifi didn't miss a beat. Hotel was very quiet. AC/heater a little noisy but that helps me sleep. Bed a little firm but clean and comfortable. Very low water pressure but endless hot water!! Jetted tub was nice! If your door dashing in food, you're near 71 street so dinner gets to you super fast. Breakfast was powdered eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles and muffins, cereal. It's not a gourmet hotel, so I didn't expect much for breakfast. It did the job. Overall I had a great stay. I was a female solo guest and I had no worries! Will definitely stay again!! Don't let all the other reviews scare you away. I'll be back!

The beds were comfy, room was nice, bathroom nice size, decor was pleasing, very quite at this location, the pool looked nice but did not use it. Booked a 2 Queen bed room, Room stayed cool to my liking.

Breakfast was horrible could not eat it at all, not much to choose from had to go else where to eat breakfast, which was very costly and time consuming to much to pay for a room and pay for breakfast somewhere else. The shower had a weird way of turning on had to go to the front desk to ask how to get the shower on ,no instruction in the bathroom to let you know how to turn it on.

The location was close to where our event was held. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Decent continental breakfast.

The location although close to our event was not always easy to get in or out of with school traffic between 3 and 4 pm. Not a good time to try to get in and out if with the school right next to it. Also the pool was out of commission.

Big, soft comfortable bed that felt like I was sleeping on a pillow. Privacy and do not disturb signs had housekeeping and everyone else not disturbing me. And we could bring the breakfast up to our room, which is a plus. I also loved the convenience of luggage carts! Thanks for a nice stay.

The price, I think it should be not so high. Especially with air b n b there's so many other options with way more amenities at the same price or lower.

Breakfast was good. I don’t usually like scrambled eggs but their scrambled eggs were so flavorful. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Water dispenser and pop machine on first floor need maintenance. Guests kept having problems with key cards not working. Second floor smelled like weed. Wish the pool stayed open later. My daughter only had 30 minutes to swim but when we walked by the pool after it had closed there was people in the hot tub.

location perfect. quiet. nice layout. Breakfast was pretty good, most options available most mornings. Loved the waffles. Like having a pool and hot tub, but chemicals were off. Room was perfect layout

Staff were very friendly, the place is clean. Breakfast was supreme eggs sausage potatoes waffles and the coffee was always fresh and delicious

Sometimes u will get some of the noisy guest’s or that was there first time in a hotel that make u feel uncomfortable, but for sure it’s not the hotel fault

The room was bigger than I expected. We were traveling with three granddaughters and having the space for them to spread out was awesome. The bathroom was large with a "table" in the tub, meaning they even had a good time taking a bath. Quiet rooms, lots of options for eating within a couple of miles. Breakfast was great and the lady there cleaned thoroughly which I appreciated.

The only two negatives were that we found a candy wrapper under the edge of one of the beds and the pool was disappointing. The acoustics in the room are terrible meaning you cannot even talk over the noise of the hot tub. There were some really rowdy young men at the pool. They were drinking and doing cannonballs, and even threw a beer bottle from the hot tub to the pool at one time. Hotel employees never checked in to stop it. Not the fault of the hotel except that it seems they would have an employee checking in periodically (This went on more than an hour).

This is the third time staying at this location. It has been a very clean hotel with friendly staff. We will definitely be back again.

Nothing that the hotel couldn't be handle accountable for. Other guests were loud and running the halls early in the morning.

We didn't arrive until 10pm, and the woman at the desk was awesome - not only did she get us checked in quickly and efficiently, but she told us about the breakfast (no old doughnuts!!!) and added a note for a late checkout. Wonderful experience all around!!

No salsa on the breakfast bar, and the apple juice dispenser was all jacked up.
