The room was clean and quiet and had modern amenities throughout. The breakfast was hot and tasty.

This was a disabilities accessible room, yet the shower was not a walk-in shower. The safety grab bars were solid and adequate, but a person can still fall taking that first step accessing the tub shower combination. Consideration should be made in the future to making these rooms walk-in showers.

Location was good with several nearby businesses. Room quality was very good and the staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was marginal - limited choices and food was a bit cooler than it should be. Over all, maybe a bit pricey, but not many hotels in the area.

The bed was comfortable, pool was clean, good option for breakfast in the morning.

We kept finding the Oregon stink bugs in the room. Whenever we would get rid of one, another one would appear. Mentioned this to the front desk person as we were headed to explore and they said "yeah."

Everything was very nice regarding our room and we enjoyed it very much.

Disappointed in the breakfast. The food would have been very good but Everything was cold, all the supposed heated food and even the coffee was cold. Even the orange juice was just cold water. Had to go elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Our originally assigned room had an odor. I talked to the front desk clerk, and he switched us immediately into a room that was perfect. This was done efficiently and with a very positive genuine attitude. Our room exceeded cleanliness expectations, and the location was perfect

it was clean, organized and accommodating for guests. good location next to a Safeway so we got good food, not just fast food. LOVED THE STAFF!! they were all so nice and kind. the overnight guy unclogged our toilet at 3:00am and didn’t wake anyone else up. Evening staff was kind and thoughtful as well. thank you for a wonderful experience while we found a tree for Christmas 🎄

the sink had a whole in the side but when addressed, the staff already knew about it and assured us we would not be charged. breakfast was in a good location as well.

Staff was SUPERB! Shout out to Taylor!! He made our stay so much better. He was helpful, friendly, and professional. Give that man a raise!!!

This was a great location for a 19 day stay and was very good as far as Best Westerns go. It felt safe and clean and I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I had a couple of minor hiccups (dead smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night, towels being shorted, staff unable to help with change for the washer / dryer) but everyone there was as responsive and helpful as they could be. I would stay here again if in the area.

Taylor did an excellent job of helping out our group. We were a group of 16 with a lot of kids and he helped with DVD players, questions, extra blankets etc

The room was large with a sitting area for 2 people. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It had a keurig coffee maker in the room. The breakfast provided was excellent.
