It was amazing. The 1 bedroom is absolutely beautiful and super clean, very spacious with tons of storage. We didn't even stay in our room the 4 days we were there we went to the lobby and they gave us games to play. They, the guy who worked that night, even interacted with us and made us laugh so much. I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was even very quiet, and they had a lot of people staying there, and you never even heard them walking over you.

The only thing if I had to choose anything was the pool being broken, but it didn't even truly matter.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable.

I understand the trend in hotels is to not give fresh towels everyday. HOWEVER, I do believe a room needs to be checked, if the towels are on the floor a guest requires new ones. The trash should be emptied every day. This is getting to be ridiculous, soon we will be thrown some sheets and told to make our own bed. And I understand it is the ecology minded hotel owner who is not supplying new towels everyday, thus their bottom line looks better because they need a MUCH reduced staff and linen service. However, THAT HUGE savings IS NOT passed on to the customer. Less and less service, but more cost!

I THOUGHT THAT FOR THE PRICE, A FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED. FOR THIS REASON, I WOULD NOT FULLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AS A PLACE TO STAY SINCE OTHERS IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE INCLUDE A FREE BREAKFAST, (BIG SAVINGS FOR A FAMILY AND A TIME SAVER FOR A TRAVELER ON A SCHEDULE). WHAT I LIKED: EASY CHECK IN, CLEAN ROOM, GOOD PARKING, WELL ILLUMINATED AT NIGHT. I THOUGHT THAT THERE SHOULD BE AN ICE MACHINE ON EACH FLOOR! HOTEL HAD A NICE APPEAL AND THE BED WAS FAIRLY COMFORTABLE. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BATHROOMS HAD A POWER EXHAUST - GREAT FOR THOSE WHO LIKE A HOT SHOWER!

The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is always a lovely place to stay. I only wish that the pool was a little bit more heated and it should be open all night because it’s nowhere near anybody’s room to keep them awake and running around doing everything I mean, even if they left the pool open till 1 AM, the only thing they need to do warmer but as always, that’s the only hotel I will stay at when I am in PA

There’s nothing not to like I just wish the pool would remain open at least till 12 1 o’clock especially if you’re in an adult after all day long once you get back and relax a lot of people prefer to swim at the hours especially if nobody’s in there and they do need to make the pool a little bit more heated

We were in town to get married & chose this hotel bc we stayed there 2 years ago for our 12 yr anniversary & we loved it! The room we got this time was so huge, clean & just perfect! The front desk staff were great, they held our wedding cake in their fridge. There was a front desk agent that works the day shift, and she worked there during our last stay too...she was such a peach. Truly such a sweetheart. I can't remember her name but she had a big beautiful curly afro. You guys are so lucky to have an employee like her! They were even able to accommodate my bridesmaid checking in early Friday so that we could start getting ready for the wedding!! I will always recommend your hotel to anyone planning to stay in that area!

Only downside was that the pool was out of order & the bar/restaurant was also not open...and we had to pay $10 a day per person for breakfast if we wanted it. They were bummers but not dealbreakers! I'm sure they'll have everything up & running soon. They also charge like $5.30 p/n for parking...I'm hoping they do away with that at some point. But again, not a deal breaker. Esp bc our room was absolutely amazing, well worth every penny.

I must say I stood in a lot of hotels around the Bethlehem Allentown area before my fiancé passed away. We were actually building our life out there. The hotel is wonderful and especially the manager. I had the smallest little problem and she took care of it like oh good manager should I just wish I don’t understand the whole 4 o’clock check-in to me that just makes no sense especially on a weekday

I just wish they left the pool a little bit warmer and open a little bit later because it’s not that big and if there’s a lot of people like kids in it, it would be nice as an adult to be able to go into the pool area at night

Everybody went above and beyond to try to help you and do anything for you and especially Kim the manager. She really did me a favor. I had an issue and had to stretch out my day and her just the whole staff. Everybody was wonderful I just wish that they would leave the pool open a little bit later just so that adults could go in at night being that is no room is by it.

Like I said the only thing about the property I wish that they left the pool stay open being that not surrounded by rooms if they left the pool open late, so sometimes people at night like to just swim laps without hearing the kids other than that you couldn’t ask for more

The rooms were nice, and the facility was clean. I liked that I was provided a sign to let staff know that my dog was in the room. It gave us all a stress-free vacation. I didn't have to worry about my dog being stressed out while we were away from the room, and my dog got to sleep peaceful after long park days while we ran out to grab food and explore the area. It was really a win-win all around.

I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like and the accommodations. It was really great and exactly what I needed for this weekend away.

I was told we would only have our room cleaned one day during our stay for the week, it would be on Thu. so we got up early left for the day , returned in the evening and room was not done, went down to front desk and informed them about this and received a new set of towels, I assumed that our room would get cleaned on another day, but no it did not???

We couldn't use the indoor pool on account of it being freezing ❄️ cold.( The pool room and water). The property added an extra charge to upgrade to a balcony but it was just a little ledge to stand on. We never actually got a real balcony.
