The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! We booked one night for our "staycation honeymoon" the night of our marriage. We were so excited that the pool was open and we loved the hot tub! The breakfast the next morning was perfect and the food was delicious! The room was clean and the bed and pillows were soo comfy. The only issue I had was that someone kept playing music all hours of the night and it was a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, we were very pleased and had a great experience! Would definitely recommend to others!

Someone was playing loud music all night long and being loud in the hallway right outside our door. We didn't really sleep well because of this.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful front desk person who made me feel welcomed! She remembered me and always spoke to me whenever she saw me. When we wanted to turn the TV on the remote didn't work because someone took a battery out so called front desk and less than 5 minutes they brought the new batteries to us!

Everything seemed to be unplugged including the refrigerator so my friend had to get down on the floor and plug it all in.

Perfect location right off the highway but very quiet and private. Plenty of parking and next to a putt putt/ice cream shop. Service wonderful and very helpful. Room lovely and secure. Very clean, a lot of towels. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was easy with a lot of options. Easy check in and check out.

A few facilities like the hot tub, wellness center, meeting rooms, etc were under construction and weren’t communicated beforehand.

It sits directly next door to a great ice cream shop which was a delight. Coffee available 24 hrs. The staff was very pleasant. The location was about 15 mins to Lancaster city which is where our main activities were. They had a pool and jacuzzi but didn’t use them. The room was quiet and had a great quiet air conditioner. (The window ac’s are usually noisy)

The room was clean but definitely needs the walls wiped down. The breakfast wasn’t the best but the attendant was not at fault. It was just what the hotel offered and def a continental breakfast.

Breakfast was very good and employees keep it very clean and items full. It was right off the highway for easy on and easy off. Pool and hot tub looked very clean and the grounds were keep nice as well.

Ice machine on second floor was not working and I tried to get a bottle of water from the soda machine and all three selections were out on the second floor, It wouldn't give me back my money so I had to take a soda which I didn't want. The shower needed a little more pressure.

love the staff at this facility, they always make us feel like family.....the breakfast is always great and the kind women servicing the free breakfast are so amazing!!!! And finally, the chambermaid/men folks are so courteous, friendly and accommodating to your room needs.

bathroom showers are very small and there is not enough light over the sink which is outside the shower/toilet area so it was had to shave with inadequate light

Property was in a great location. Scoops ice cream right next door was nice for the last Evening.

We stayed in a 2 bed double room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Okay if you may be one person. But in no way acceptable for a couple. Every time one person moves it is as if you are on a trampoline and the whole bed moves and it feel like you are going to fall off.

The room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay to attend a sports tournament.

The breakfast area was small and not really stocked. The worker was trying to keep up but more help would be good. Also, it would have been nice if the front desk notified me during check in that phones & electronic devices deactivate the key cards. I also think the front desk should be knowledge about restaurants in the area.

It was close to where my friends live. The person who worked the breakfast area was an exceptional employee. She was very welcoming and friendly.

The elevation had a horrible smell the first couple days. I had to use the stairs.

The indoor pool and the hot tub were excellent, better than most hotel indoor pools. The room itself was fine with standard beds and bathroom.

The breakfast was just okay. It could have more hot food available as there were only hard boiled eggs, cereal, and breads. The breakfast area itself was small so we had to take our food back to our room to sit down and eat.
