This is one of the best hotels ever. I’ll choose this place everytime.

The price can be a little ridiculous over the weekend especially for just one night.

We had a nice stay over this past weekend. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had plenty of hot water and clean towels. Rooms had a small refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There were choices to suit every palate. They even had a pancake maker. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we liked the fitness center. The location was perfect for us as our family event was very close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was amazing, I love the staff and how the interacted with everyone, the older woman there kept up on all the cleaning and would joke around with me and my husband reminded me of being home, and you can't trade that for anything. The check-in desk was outstanding we had a horrible experience across the street at another hotel and even though bookings were very tight everyone kept a smile on their face and helped us get in!

I will say that we came on a BUSY weekend (baseball), a lot of families were there and I believe the hotel was booked out (GREAT JOB). The only MINOR complaint I had was that for a fully booked out weekend more cleaning staff should have been on staff, the elevators were dirty and stuff (I hope it was dirt) was caked into the track; a cleaning staff member saw it and joked hoping it was dirt as well but made no attempt to clean (I am sure they were very busy).

Front Desk staff was excellent and friendly. Did not have any breakfast but it looked fresh, varied, and well stocked. Room was clean and bed comfy with both soft and firm pillows. Good Wi-fi and other in-room facilities. Gym was surprisingly large and decently equipped. Plenty to do in the immediate area and quick access to the Highway.

Minor gripe, but the pool was too cold, even for the middle of July. Price was a bit high, but reasonable given location and comparative rates.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of food. A variety of hot and cold foods. A balance between protein and carbs. The countertop and surrounding areas were kept clean. A very positive experience.

The women at the front desk staff could’ve been a little bit more friendly. In previous stays, they were very friendly.

We travel a lot, and have never felt when being greeted like we were wrapped with the warmth of a family in any other hotel so far, first time we felt that in Holiday Express Monroeville, it was amazing! Front desk people all the way from the front desk manager Beth, and each person we encountered, Nikki, Jehnel, and Taylor were amazingly warm and welcoming through out our stay. Also, this was the cleanest hotel, especially the bathrooms we have ever stayed at. First time during our hotel stay we didn't question stepping in the bathtub with bare feet. We thought the hotel was only a couple of months old since everything looked so clean and new, we were surprised to learn that it was 6,5 years old. Thoroughly amazing personel and amazing hotel!

I was really appreciative of all the assistance our family received from Beth and Brad with extending our stay due to car emegency and was not ready for pickup on time. I thought the hand soap by the sink and shampoo/conditioner installed in the shower was a great idea. Lots of counter space for sitting luggage on and eating meals. My grandsons had a blast at the Salt water pool. I wished we were there more time. Next summer we will be back. Thank you for all your help. Have a great year.

I wish the coffee was a better quality. I like strong coffee. More scramble eggs. More days with bacon offered. I like waffle stations over pancakes. The food was tasty all the same.

Breakfast was great and coffee was available most of the day. Fitness center was adequate. Parking was easy and close to room. Luggage carts were available. Room had all kinds of amenities, most of which we didn't use.

One TV was broken at signal entry and had to be jury rigged. Informed management several times with no action. They did offer to change room, but we had multiple rooms, close together.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower had plenty of room. The pool was a little chilly but very clean and well maintained. Very quiet! We didn't know anyone else was staying there when we were in our room. The location was great for going to Kennywood or driving into Pittsburgh without paying downtown hotel prices. Plenty of food options nearby, and the room had a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers, as well as a Kuerig. They served a breakfast, but we didn't wake up for it.

Room size was spacious , the arrangement and type of furniture in the room was awesome. Breakfast was great. Lots of options for all ages. Location was fabulous. As we were visiting the temple in the morning the drive was a mere 7 minutes via local roads. Lots of good food around and almost all types of stores. Saw some furry friends in the night. Not sure the hotel was pet friendly or not. Did not find enough time to visit the pool and gym but kids were seen happily enjoying it,

Both elevators working at a time would have been better but there are spacious stairs as well to avoid elevator rush..
