This is one of my favorite value hotels. The breakfast is great and does rotate (had sausage and eggs one day, biscuits n gravy the next, then grits n bacon another). Beds are very comfy, the rooms are spacious, and the pool was warm. The staff was all super friendly from the manager that checked me in to Nita and Kiki at breakfast and Aunt Peachy cleaning up around the building. I won't lie and say it's perfect - could use some remodeling and touch ups - but overall it's one of the best places I've stayed.

Can see some wear and tear around the place, but it's just aesthetic

I thought the room was spacious and mostly well kept. I thought the breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety of options. Food was tasty. The carpet was very nice.

I don't know if it is the hotels fault or problem or just unfortunate circumstances. The hotel welcomed a jr hockey league or soccer league and the kids were just out of control. Kids running up and down the halls, all hours of the day. They were screaming. It was like the had free reign of the hotel with no regard to the other guests. Also there was some minor messes in the room that might have been overlooked. There didn't seem to be much storage space to unpack in the room. Especially if two or more people share the room. I think there could have been more light in the room. Especially up by the door. Maybe a floor lamp that turned on with the switch.

The breakfast was very good and the service was great. There was never any wait time if something ran out

The pool looked great but there were no towels so we couldn't actually use the pool. Multiple people asked for towels for over 1 hours and they never arrived. The rate I got through booking.com ($95) was wonderful but the actual cost of the motel room was too extreme ($220/night)

The floor were so sticky everywhere in the morning getting food. Just about every trash can by doors outside were completely full over flowing and ants everywhere.

The staff was wonderful. the hotel was clean and up to date. The breakfast was good...Hubby even enjoyed the turkey day ...turkey breakfast. Staff there was absolutely the best.

was disappointed the door to the pool was broken and you had to go out in the cold to get to the pool...was also not the best of decks. The deck had wet leaves from outside because you had to go outside to get in...Honestly, that is really my biggest complaint.....my guy loves swimming and still got to swim...just some inconvences

Wasn't able to get our room clean when we requested it early the day before. But we as a family always make things workout with GOD help in Jesus Christ Name Amen 🙏🏼 GOD BLESS YOUR STAFF!

Was okay clean

There was mold beside the ac unit. I was charged 2x as I paid through PayPal before getting there and then was charged again when I got there still isnt resolved ugh

The entire complex was very clean, their breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a few issues with the room and the desk clerk couldn't have cared less. Our fridge didn't work and we were staying for three nights. She supposedly called a repair man to come look at it, after waiting an hour I called the desk clerk and asked if we could just be moved to another room with a working fridge. She obliged but this was something she should have suggested, not me. She supposedly took down my concerns and was going to give it to the GM the next morning. I never heard from him. When I checked out, the GM was there and it appeared he never was aware of the issues I had and he addressed them with me at that time. The staff, including housekeeping were amazing - it seems like there is just this one desk clerk who wasn't too concerned about problem solving.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection of food. Location was perfect for this trip. Very easy to find. Heating unit was quiet, which was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure.

Could have used a bigger sink area, but that’s no big deal.

Good breakfast, choice of hot and cold options, including pizza! Loads of parking. Nice onsite bar with simple evening meal options.
