Clean, updated, proximity to PPG Paints Arena. We traveled with a Frenchie, there’s a small grass/yard space near the Bigelow Grill entrance providing an area for dogs to use.

The bathroom within our room did not have a heat vent. It was incredibly cold, even with the bathroom door open. There was only 1 hook to hang bathroom towels, would’ve been great to have an extra hook or two. There’s plenty of wall space for it. There was a wine fridge, not a mini fridge in our room. It kept water cool, but the temp couldn’t be lowered enough to keep other items cold.

I liked the location of the hotel and the parking capabilities. This made my trip so much easier into the city. I also felt comfortable in the room and enjoyed the extra amenities during my stay.

I didn't like the elevator being down for a while. This caused issues and almost delayed events that we had reservations for. I also didn't like how cold the pool water was. It was so frigid that we could not enjoy it. I also would appreciate complimentary breakfast for the huge cost that was paid for our stay.

I don’t think there’s anything I didn’t like or would rate badly. If I had to say anything negative, our tv didn’t immediately work and one of our lightbulbs was burnt out. Nothing major or important really, I did get the tv to work after messing with the remote a bit.

Every hotel needs a receptionist like Alley!! Nothing was too much trouble, first class customer service! Hotel is well situated for Downtown and the PPG Paints arena! Room was sapacious and clean

Only a minor gripe but bar could be open longer. Unable to get a nightcap after events at the nearby arena!

Hotel was in a good location, the room was very nice. I liked the size of the room. Whenever we called the front desk for supplies, they came within a half hour.

There was no mirror apart from in the bathroom - I felt there should be another mirror. I also felt the bathroom should have had a fan while showering so the bathroom did not steam up. I also felt the room should have had the extra pillows and bedding for the pull out couch in the closet vs having to call the front desk to have someone send it up.

We traveled to Pittsburgh for a Taylor Swift concert with my 2 young daughters. The hotel put on a pre concert party with decorations, candy bar, Rita’s Ice, music and Photo Booth backdrop. The bar also had Taylor themed drinks. Our girls had so much fun and it was such a great experience for all of us to kick off our concert day with a party!!

We were in a Queen Suite and had 5 people sleeping in there. The bathroom was extremely small and the sink was just a stand alone sink, no vanity or places to put our cosmetics or hair products.

The room was spacious and clean. Great location within walking distance from PPG paints arena.

It was 3:30pm when we arrived. Check in is at 4pm. Our room wasn't ready until 4:30pm. The men's restroom is out of service off of the lobby, only women's restroom is working so we had to stand outside the door so my son could go into the women's restroom. So I would say check in could have gone smoother.

We were surprised with the size of the room because it was a suite. It was beautiful. The location of the hotel was an easy walk to PPG Paint arena where we were seeing an event. It made it very easy to get back and forth. The valet service was wonderful and everyone was very polite and accomodating.

Once we were in our room we noticed that the room was not as clean as it should be considering how much we paid for a one night stay. There was dust and hair in the air vents and mold in the tray in the refrigerator. When we told the front desk they assured us they would have it taken care of while we were out but it was not. The front desk compted our valet fees because it was not taken care of which was very nice though.

It literally took us 20 minutes to get to our room because there was a bunch of young girls there for i do believe a volleyball tournament and they kept going up and down on the elevator just because and people that were trying to get to their rooms were having a difficult time doing so

Staff was nice, bed was comfortable, good location. Clean.

Swimming pool was closed, the ice machine didn't work on our floor (floor 13) and the parking was full. Bathroom was small to have a suite. And there was no mirror to get ready for 4 of us rather than the small bathroom mirror.
