The front desk was polite and friendly . The room was super clean , professional and modern . I was in town for the Steelers , Cowboys game . I love how the train to Acrisure stadium is basically connected to the hotel . The train was only 3.50 cents to travel the entire day . If you leave the hotel not even a block away are coffee shops etc . This is a great place to stay.

Location was great for my needs. The room was spacious and clean. Gym was also clean and included all basic training devices.

Breakfast was basic, and did not include vegan option. E.g vegan yogurt, and/or some nuts options. On my last day I had to check-out at 6:15. Although I let the staff know this in advance (on the night before) - they said breakfast will not be available before 6:30. It could have been nice to get a minimal take-away breakfast. Also, it does not make sense to me that public parking right next to the hotel is cheaper than hotel parking. If you offer parking for hotel guests - it should be a little cheaper than public parking.

The Hotel staff were pleasant. Support staff was inviting and hospitable. The Hotel is very clean and well kept. My team and I occupied rooms 700 & 702 both rooms were clean, spacious and very well designed.

I didn't like finding out how awesome the outdoor lounge area was until the last two hours of our stay. But we will be back in another month for our next meeting and I'll share more then.

The location was perfect for the bowling venue, also in Mount Lebanon. The location was extremely convenient for rail transit. Breakfasts were very good. The staff was very good.

I was not forewarned that there was a $15 + tax parking fee. I thought parking was complimentary for one car. Also, the air conditioning in the lobby area malfunctioned three of the days of our stay. My wife especially found eating breakfast very uncomfortable.

The inside was beautiful and clean. Awesome breakfast.

Our internet didn't work in the room. I tried the extra internet, it didn't work either. They did refund that after asking. Some of the staff was very illiterate about the wifi. I finally had to call a number to get a ticket in for issue. I would have rather watched Netflix. Parking seemed weird and shady since I'm not from the city. It's behind the hotel. In the end it was convenient.

Told housekeeper we were going out and let her know she could clean our room when she was ready. Perhaps there was a language barrier, but our room was not cleaned or refreshed.

The room was nice. The breakfast had nice variety. Lobby was nice and clean. Staff was very nice.

Our first room was dirty. We had to change rooms. The extra charge for the parking is ridiculous since we spend over $600 for 2 nights.

Location and friendliness of the staff. Also enjoyed the workout room!

I wasn’t notified of the parking fee before check in. But the staff was very courteous in responding to my concerns

Overall very nice. Good size room and comfortable. I have two suggestions. For a single king or queen size bed, we expect to have a nightstand on both sides. We only had it on one side. The electric outlet on the side without a nightstand did not work properly. Thank you.

The beds, the location, the staff and the breakfast! It was superior to all others we’ve had in the past!
