The hotel is getting a up dated look on the outside so they have friendly workers painting but it's hardly noticeable. But the inside of rooms have been up dated already with new stylish furniture and furnishings. As a thing I didn't like I really can't say painting was a problem because it's part of the new owners process to better the hotel for future stays and its only temporary.

We didn’t do the breakfast . I want to do a shout out to the housekeeper’s . These two ladies were very awesome they were on top of getting all of us clean towels when we asked for them also they would come by and collect our garbage . They were very friendly and very patient with all of us. I wish I would have got there names. The swimming pool was very nice and cooling property was very clean.

Wish there were towels in the pool area. Also need locks up on top of the doors so littles ones can’t go outside without an adult.

it was noisy at night, room above had thumping around from 10 pm to midnight, room next door had music and loud conversation until after midnight. I called and music stopped at 11:30 but the kept talking very loud until after midnight. The desk chair was broken, not enough light by couch to do paper work in evening.

We enjoyed the Deluxe Bungalow during our stay over Thanksgiving. The room was warm and cozy. We were able to have a complete dinner in the room as it has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table. We also enjoyed the fireplace and deck. The new owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were a little slow on responding to request, but always came through. I highly recommend this establishment.

They are in the process of upgrading the motel and we can't wait to see it when it's done.

The room was very clean.

The bathroom mirror light was poor for putting on makeup, The toilet was to close to the ground for us older folks. There was no bar soap for washing hands. Access to the property was very poorly marked. The bananas at breakfast were super green.

The room was amazing! Very clean, comfortable, cozy! We loved everything about our stay! We had originally planned on staying for one night, but we are going on our third night! Breakfast is included, and we enjoyed it!

Only one washer and dryer. The hill but we conquered it! We will be back!

Room Was quite large, very quiet and the view of the deciduous trees was beautiful. We appreciated microwave, refrigerator, good working room heater and the shower was terrific-hot water and hi pressure readily available. The location is very quiet with no road noise. Staff was very helpful.

There's nothing we didn't like. We'll be back again. Some people may not like the worn furniture, But the cleanliness and the fair rate made up for it.

This was our second time staying and we are making it an annual trip! We love the owners/operators and the service. The cottages are big with full kitchens and patios. The pool was great!

The hotel was wonderful. They had a beautiful and secure pool area. Our room was larger than most I've been in. The bathroom was huge. Their breakfast was exceptional. Will definitely go to this place again.

Staff extremely kind and attentive, had a wonderful stay have stayed there a few times and this is my choice for When I visit Jackson California
