I read the reviews before deciding on this property. I needed clean, quiet, safe location for me & my wife. We found all those plus more! PROS: easy to find, restaurants nearby, very close to our venue-Crown Complex, very kind & friendly staff, great breakfast, delicious coffee, quiet room, clean room, clean lobby area, and we felt safe coming, going, and during our stay PLUS excellent price! We would highly recommend!

CONS: the tile floor in the elevator was cracked in several areas, the luggage carts looked a little shabby, there was no ice machine on our floor, and the room microwave would not clear (wife was concerned...). But those were very minor compared to the overwhelming GREAT things about this property. We would highly recommend!

The location was 15 minutes from the Crown complex where we were attending a concert. Easy trip to, and from. The hotel was very convenient right off interstate 95. It felt like a safe location because there were multiple hotels and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was convenient and offered a small variety of selections. The hotel was updated in the room and bathroom were nice.

A little more variety in breakfast options. More bread selections, and more fruit options.

Breakfast for us was eggs, toast and coffee are our basic breakfast and it was very good

No problems everything was very good. We asked for a quiet area and room and we got that. I would like to commend Gina, Cindy and Mr Clark for doing the little extras that made a stay away from home even better. To them it may have seemed like a little thing but to us it's the little things that make all the difference. Thank You again.

The early evening front desk clerk was very kind and helpful in upgrading the double I booked on-line to a king. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also quiet. We could not hear anything or anyone from outside the room. We were able to draw the curtains and block out all outside light sources. We slept very well and were truly refreshed and ready to continue our drive back to Florida. The morning staff and breakfast were wonderful also! We will definitely be back on our treks to and fro the north.

it was very nice. The room was clean. The staff was awesome. Shout out to Ms. Cindy! We were there for a church conference Overall we were very satisfied

it's an older hotel. the elevator was a little slow, the pool was outside and the bugs & chlorine were strong and the icemaker on our floor didn't work so we had to go to the lobby.

I enjoyed the free breakfast daily and the fresh cookies. Having a pool to keep my kids comfortable and happy. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size. The staff was always happy and so nice. I truly loved my stay here and so did my family.

Just the little TV but we were only in the room for naps/ bed time.

Very Clean. Spacious. Good breakfast. Has microwave and big mini fridge. Nice size bathroom and toiletries. Free coffee and cookies at reception. We will definitely come back.

No direct charger to charge phones other than outlets on the night lamp. Bring your own charger. We only had the wires and couldn't charge our phones. Needs updating on that.But not a deal breaker for us.

We really liked the room. It was great that we had extra washcloths and towels; many hotels barely give you enough. The pillow were good too-- not too soft nor too hard. Breakfast was great; had quite a variety of foods to choose from.

Breakfast could have had some muffins but that was no big deal.

it was perfectly located with ample choice of easily walkable to restaurants in the vicinity such as Ruby Tuesdays and Crackerbarrel. we wanted something close to the free way as it was an overnight purely to break a long journey. The breakfast which was included with the room rate was fantastic.

the little pool was not maintained properly so it had a lot of debris in it - our only complaint

Location was great, right off of I-95, there was a couple of good food choices available in the area. The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful both when we checked in and when we checked out. It was nice after a long road trip to be greeted with a friendly smile.

The place was very clean but some of our furniture in the room was very dated and worn out looking.
